Lee Credit Now

Fantastic Experience! Robin is our favorite Sales Person...... Wonderful Person, hands down! Dec. 31st 2013 we stopped into Lee's. We were looking for a utility vehicle to replace our 2000 Saab W Person...... Wonderful Person, hands down! Dec. 31st 2013 we stopped into Lee's. We were looking for a utility vehicle to replace our 2000 Saab Wagon. As I am handicapped I need leather seats to slide in and out of, seat controls on the passenger seat as well as drivers seat, room for wheelchair/walker and a comfy backseat for Hazel my service dog, and a payment around $300.00! No down payment yet until we sold our Saab. Enter in Robin who took down our requests and would figure on no down payment and she got searching Hard requests at that payment amount. She was quick and called on Jan. 3rd First one she found had the leather and controls on both front seats but was a sedan. I explained that we really needed a utility vehicle and that the situation had changed as on Jan. 2nd someone hit our car and we were waiting to hear what would happen in regards to our Ins. Company. That didn't stop Robin. She was still hard at it looking at all the Lee inventory all over the state. We have a very thick file! Robin called on the 6th I believe and she had found a 2011 Subaru Outback 2 (limited) in Wesbrook and did we want to see it. It had more mileage than we wanted but had EVERYTHING else plus more! On the 10th we took it for the day to Bangor and back for a test drive. We were in Love! The color is Azerite Blue Pearl, Azerite being one our favorite stones/color! Erik told Robin that he would need to have our mechanic go over it and Robin said "no problem". "Where can we take for you". "Anything he finds wrong we will fix". They knew that it was time to replace the Timing Belt, and one of the clips on the visor was broken. Lee Credit had run CarFax and we were able to get much of the history of the upkeep the previous owner had done. Robin called the two dealers even to get definitions of what "general maintenance" included as did Erik and I. We were so impressed that the service managers at the 2 Subaru dealers released verbally the information to us. They can't in writing. Still concerned over the mileage, Robin introduced us to a Drive Train Warranty which fit this situation to a T. We also invested in the GAP total loss warranty. Now we felt Peace of Mind. All had been checked, AND the payments are under $300.00 a month! Mean while Robin had the Subaru delivered to our mechanic who found no major problems other than the Timing Belt and a missing cover on the Bell housing. So the search was on for this cover. So Robin flue into action once more and called Stanley Subaru where they kept saying that there wasn't a cover. So we kept calling around (Robin and ourselves) and were finally satisfied that there wasn't a cover from the factory for it. All the time no pressure. Back to the Saab. The Ins. "totaled" it the week of the 6th. Because we had records of all our maintenance and brand new snow tires and rims they gave an extra $1000. A previous bankruptcy and only having a mortgage we knew the interest would be higher if a bank took us at all. Robin found one that did and yes the int. was higher. But then we had some money for down payment and the bank dropped a point! Then dropped another point with the extra money we got for the Saab! We settled with the Insurance Company week of the 13th and the check came on the 16th. We signed the papers for the Subaru on the 17th and Lee Credit set up an appointment at Stanley Subaru to get the Timing Belt replaced. We were going to also at the same time have water pump and the pulleys replaced on our dime. When they were replacing the Timing belt they found the Tensioner Pulley was leaking and the Idsler Puller was noisy. So since there was something wrong with them Lee Credit paid for them as well. The visor clip has been fixed as well. So, from Dec. 31st to Jan. 17th Robin found our dream vehicle, a bank that took us, the warranties, arranged for and paid for mechanical problems, had it delivered to where it needed to go including our mechanic, Lee Credit kept washing it and refueling it. Robin even went outside with another sales person to see if they could find the vin # on the engine, searched the internet and made calls concerning the situation with the Bell Housing cover, scheduled all the appointments with Stanley Subaru, called 2 Subaru Dealers in the southern part of the state to see if she could get us more detailed maintenance info., calls to us about the info she was getting ASAP. Her positive, friendly, high energy was is so refreshing and has completely changed our whole perspective on buying a car! CAN'T WAIT TO BUY ANOTHER ONE WITH ROBIN. We have told so many people about our experience and HIGHLY recommend Lee Credit and Robin! The person who bought a car through Lee Credit and recommended them to us once received $100.00 when we purchased our car. The whole experience was shorter than this letter :-). Had a great experience with Lee Credit on Hogan Road in Bangor! The service was great (the guys there even helped my husband unload his things from his old truck to his new truck, which included heavy too Bangor!
