I bought a 2005 Chevy pickup in August from Lee, and Robin was quick and efficient getting everything set up. I had a few problems with it which the warranty department did their best to correct. Howe Robin was quick and efficient getting everything set up. I had a few problems with it which the warranty department did their best to correct. However, overall, I wasn't as satisfied with the pickup as I thought I would be. I contacted Robin again who quickly found an 07 F150, but it wasn't available yet as it was being shipped up and serviced. Robin kept me informed and up to date on a daily basis and when it finally did arrive, she got everything set up and had the vehicle delivered, and the Chevy picked up. I was treated very well on trade and given a great price on the F150. I am completely satisfied at this point with the new to me Ford, and feel I was valued as a customer and my business was appreciated. Robin goes above and beyond the standard "call of duty" to ensure her customers needs are met, and is a true asset to Lee Auto. To those who see this, ask to see Robin. You will NOT be disappointed.
