I was happy with the warranty contract, any questions i called about were answered in a timely manner, and although I had a few issues with the vehicle Lee's went 100% good for them!! The price was a bit high for a 2003, but for my first car loan I can't complain. More

I purchased a 06 Chevy Silverado and found it had a vibration between 50-55mph. I called Steve and was set up with a mechanic that does warranty work and was told the tires for the truck were 5 sizes vibration between 50-55mph. Steve Moran is going to have the tires replace but he has to eat the cost due to someone else's attempt to be frugal; talk about going above and beyond to make the sale a good deal! I would highly recommend working with Steve Moran but would give the vehicle a COMPLETE inspection. More

Throughout the sale he provided us with the answers we needed and, unlike the car salesmen I've dealt with in the past, he didn't try to steer us to a specific vehicle just because it was on the lot. He located the types of vehicles we requested and brought them to us from other dealerships. The entire process was a relatively positive experience and it would be difficult to come up with ways to improve it. I would most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Since we bought our 2004 Ford F-150 from Barry Noyse a few years back, we always bring our vehicles to the Newport location for service and inspections. While waiting for our 2000 Ford Focus to be inspect few years back, we always bring our vehicles to the Newport location for service and inspections. While waiting for our 2000 Ford Focus to be inspected, we took a quick walk around the lot and noticed a great looking silver 2012 Ford Focus, Barry Noyse, noticed our interest and told us to take the car for a test drive but I said no, I wasn't really looking for a new car at the time but thanks just the same. Well, I was wrong. I thought about that car on the lot for the next week until finally my husband told me to call Barry and ask him if he still had the car so I could take it for a test drive. Barry was great, the car was off the lot but he called and got it back and arranged for us to take it for a test drive the next day, which was also his day off. I told him that if we liked it, we'd come in on Friday to do the paperwork so he wouldn't have to come in on his day off. The test drive was great, I loved the car and when we went back to the dealer after the test drive - there was Barry waiting for us! He came in on his day off because he didn't want us to have to wait until the next day to have our questions answered or do the paperwork if we wanted the car. This is not the first time that Barry has gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate him. I would recommend the Newport office and Barry Noyse in particular to anyone looking to purchase a good, reliable used car. This dealership and all its employees are an asset in the Newport area and they have the best service and customer service! I just love the new car, its got all the amenities I've never had in a Focus - power windows, rain detecting windshield wipers, leather seats and many more. Thank you so much Barry! More
Great experience overall. Sales team worked very hard to gain our business, allowing us ample time to research our purchase and even going so far as completing the sale by bringing paperwork to my fiance's gain our business, allowing us ample time to research our purchase and even going so far as completing the sale by bringing paperwork to my fiance's and my workplaces. A couple of negatives, some minor defects on the interior of the car, latch missing from third row seating, handle broken on trunk, needed to be detailed again (crayon marks all over the back). Vehicle only came with one set of keys leaving nothing for emergencies until we can get a new one cut - be on the lookout for that. Overall good experience. More
