My experience with Lee Credit now, and subsequently salesperson Erick Staples, was perhaps the smoothes experience with a car dealership I have ever had. This was my third experience purchasing a vehicle and although my venture with Erick began with a bit of a setback (the vehicle we were discussing was purchased the same day we first spoke), the rest of the buying process was simple, efficient, and pleasant. Erick went above and beyond his duties to help me in purchasing the vehicle, going as far as giving me his personal cell phone number to use at my leisure if questions/concerns arose during the process and it happened to be after business hours. Not only was I presented with the necessary information in an organized way, but Lee Credit Now and Erick made receiving the vehicle incredibly simple by accommodating my busy schedule and bring the vehicle to me at my home. I truly cannot imagine an easier and more pleasant process, thanks in large part to Erick's professionalism and personable approach. My husband Dave and I started with Toby Pinkham when we bought my Jeep from Lee Auto. Since that first visit with him we have bought three vehicles from him. He always made sure sure that what we were look bought my Jeep from Lee Auto. Since that first visit with him we have bought three vehicles from him. He always made sure sure that what we were looking for was in our price range and never pushed us for something higher priced. Every time we went to sign the paper work he always had it ready for us and even stayed after hours one time because my husband couldn't get off work early. Before we left the store he even made sure all paper work was in order and the cars were always washed and in great condition to drive home. My daughter needed to buy a car and so I gave Toby a call. He worked everything out with her and got her into a nice Pontiac Gram Am. Toby even came in on his day off. He and Ricky were great and worked together very well today and she was so pleased with her car. They even made sure it washed before she left the lot as usual. Now whenever somebody asks me where I get my cars from, I always tell them to call Toby Pinkham at Lee. I will never go anywhere else to buy vehicles except for Lee Auto.
