From the time that he indroduced himself to me, I knew that he would be someone that would be good to work with in purchasing a car. Paul sat down with me and I gave him all of my information and at first, they were unable to sell me a car. However, after I had left the building, Paul called me to let me know that he was able to work something out so that I could finance a car. I was so happy, as my car's engine had just blown and I need a car for the type of work that I do. He knew that I was in a bind and he went above and beyond to work out some sort of deal for me. However, when I had gone in to sign the papers, we had another "road block" Paul continued to work on this and eventually after 2 long days of hard work Paul was able to get it so that I could purchase my vehicle. In my opinion, if Lee Credit Now has employee of the month or even year, Paul definatly deserves to have this honor as he is a great people person, loyal, and dedicated employee... I was looking to trade my truck, I found a Ford Escape just what i was looking for at Lee. Steve Spaulding and his manager were very helpful and answered all my questions. Robin was extremely helpful and very friendly. She worked very hard behind the scenes because I live an hour away from the dealership. After that, all I had to do was sign and then everything was set to leave. I'd never had an extended warranty so I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I needed repair work done on a used truck I bought from Lee last summer. I was surprised at how easy and fast the work was approved and completed. I would dial the phone number at Lee, ask for Robin, just say "HI" and she'd know who I was by just my recognizing my voice. I was comfortable from the minute I walked through the door and not only that I got the car that I wanted and the brought it down from Presque Isle so that I would have it that day. I would recommend to any and everyone that if they want to get a car this is the place to go. I love my car, love the experience and the people were so friendly and nice. I know if I trade this car in down the line I will be going there..... they follow up on the car after you leave not to many car dealerships do that now adays. This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!! Both Steves were friendly, helpful and very professional. While they were getting all the paperwork together they let us take the car to get our kids lunch. On our return they had all the paperwork ready, which we signed and were out of there in about 20 min! This is a great dealership(Auburn) with an excellent staff!!! More
