And while we understand that Credit Now, Lee's sister company, offers great low rates, Michelle listened to us when we decided to go with our own local credit union for financing due simply to a rare and likely short-lived extra-low rate opportunity. I've been to other dealers in the past where they wouldn't have been so understanding and likely would have kept trying to convince us of otherwise, just to get the higher commission. Michelle didn't do this which I feel speaks to her honesty and character. Michelle really listened to our needs and parameters and hit them all right on the head. The night we purchased our new-to-us vehicle the check engine light went on. The next morning (which was a Saturday) we told Mr. Marin about the engine light and he told us to bring it in on Monday morning. We did and they gave us a loaner for the whole week it was in the shop,(because the part had to be ordered from Kia) and a nice one at that! The entire $1600 job, the loaner and the offer to rent a car for me for my business meeting out of state if our car wouldn't be ready on time, didn't cost us a penny! Mr. Marin and Lee Credit Now went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciate the amazing customer service that we experienced. I can assure you that we will be returning in the future as well as recommending Lee and Mr. Marin to everyone we know. After having a less than satisfactory experience with Bangor Car Care in the past, we are thankful to know that at least one company will treat you great, even if your credit is not. More

I was in the market for a late model used truck. I knew what I was looking for and asked TJ to see what he could find. He came back to me the same day with several options. There are two very important things to my husband and I when purchasing a vehicle, One is that we dont feel pushed into a deal. The other is that we drive away in something we want. Not just a make due vehicle. TJ has never been pushy with us. He has always given us the best deal possible, and if he doesnt have what we are looking for he does not try to get us into something else. He watches the inventory till something comes along he thinks might be what we are looking for a gives us a call. We wont go anywhere else. Those little things are what keeps us always coming back.
