Lee Credit Now

My experience at Credit Now in Brewer was a very good experience. I'm a single mother with limited income, and was in need of a bigger vehicle. Travis was in constant contact with me keeping me posted on the progress of my loan, and encouraging me to not give up, and to keep my chin up when it looked out of my reach. In the end, it all worked out, I got the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price with a payment I could afford. I have recommended Travis and TJ both to several friends that are in the market for a new vehicle. It has been almost 2 months since I purchased my SUV, and Travis still checks in with me to make sure I'm happy with it. Service like that is hard to find. I really appreciate everything they both did for me. They went above and beyond their salesman duties to make sure this customer was happy, and I definately am!! Thanks again guys, you're the best! My purchase of a 2005 Ford Escape XLT earlier this month was by far my most satisfying vehicle buying experience yet. Though all of the employees at Lee in Brewer were great to deal with, it was the perfor was by far my most satisfying vehicle buying experience yet. Though all of the employees at Lee in Brewer were great to deal with, it was the performance of my salesman, Travis Therrien, that made this purchase stand out. Travis asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, what my price range was, and immediately went to work. Within a week, Travis had found the perfect vehicle for me. It was exactly what I had asked for, and it was literally right on the money. There was no B.S. involved, no attempts to sell me a more expensive vehicle than I wanted, or trying to talk me into something I didn't want. Very refreshing. Travis, along with the Branch Manager T.J., also worked quite diligently in their efforts to find the best possible rate for my loan. All in all, it was a great experience. We were looking for a reliable used vehicle and decided to check out Lee Auto Mall in Bangor. I was a little leery about going through them, not knowing anything about them but after talking with Michelle to check out Lee Auto Mall in Bangor. She was very friendly, not pushy whatsoever, and worked very hard on finding the right vehicle for us. That was not any easy job as I am very indecisive. When I finally decided which vehicle I wanted Michelle was able to get all the paperwork in order including financing and insurance so we could drive away in our new vehicle, even though it was late Saturday afternoon. Lastly, the Sales associate that I worked with; Michelle Castonguay was far beyond any expectation thats I have had in the past. Please undertsnad that it is obvious as an organization Lee Credit Now has invested their budget wisely in their on-line tools and and WWW site management. But the supporting staff is key. Michelle Castonguay represents Lee Credit Now in such a way that I would seek her out on any future transactions I have or recommendations that I provide. Michelle sets the standard in sales assoicates that I hope will be the model for other dealerships. She is a natural at on-line customer service and her follow up in all aspects of the sale make her an assett to Lee Credit Now. I hope they take the time to recognize her abilities... I now have a very nice reliable 2003 Chevy extra cab that I adsoultley love. I am very happy with my purchase & with the service that I have gotten at Lees. Steve Spaulding went above and beyond the call of duty the day I went car shopping. I gave Steve a specific year make and model [05' Toyota 4Runner] that I was looking for. Because I was stuck at work until 5:00 Steve took it upon himself to have the vehicle delivered to my office. I have worked with Jim on previous occasions at a different dealership and I was concerned that my experience may not be as good with Lee. BOY WAS I WRONG! Jim went above and beyond getting me into a vehicle that has everything I asked for. He spent several days finding me the right vehicle and I ended up with a great truck with low mileage and for the amount of money that met my budget.
