Oil change Went in for oil change, they have a window to see whats going on out on the floor from the waiting area. I was waiting for 1.5 hours, i could see my car and three of their mechanics standing around a tool box doing nothing for 30-40 minutes. At one point i watched one of their mechanics actually sitting on the hood of my vehicle. His name was luis. Looked for service check in guy to ask him why they were standing around and one sitting on my car and couldnt find him. Payed the bill which ws twice the price as what i pay for same service in pensacola. So to sum it up i payed twice the price for them to stand around and take twice as long and to sit on my car like a chair. I would never take my car back here and would never recommend them to anyone. More

Older buyer liked his experience at Nissan. I'm 66, so I've purchased a lot of cars over the years, and never enjoyed dealing with salesmen or sales managers. My experience with Tanner was quite I'm 66, so I've purchased a lot of cars over the years, and never enjoyed dealing with salesmen or sales managers. My experience with Tanner was quite different. He knew every little detail about the car. He didn't try to steer me to something I didn't want and he knew the answers to all my questions. As I looked for a car this past week, I visited other dealers to test drive their cars, and at none of those places did I meet a salesman who really knew the car he was selling! Tim Watson, the business guy, was a treat. He speaks "British" which is something like English, so you have to listen real close to what he says. (Just kidding, but don't ask him to pronounce "Jaguar.") This was the only time in my life where I actually enjoyed the obligatory meeting with the business manger. Nissan would be smart to keep these two guys around, as other dealers would be darn lucky to snatch them away. Heck, my wife and I were so pleased we bought not one but 2 new cars, and that had not been a thought in my mind at all before visiting Nissan for the first time in my life.
