I bought my first 2021 Rogue in March of 2021. That vehicle had a major issue with the AC. In the heat of the summer, the AC would smell like gas and chemicals. Lee Nissan did make it right, and traded me into a new 2021 Rogue in August of 2021 (after I was called “rain woman” by one of their employees while wearing an autism shirt.) I was told that if I ever had any issues with this vehicle, they would make it right. My mother and I are very chemical sensitive, and last week while driving we started to get dizzy, lightheaded and nauseous. A smell of gas and chemicals were coming through the AC. I took it into another dealership closer to home, and they fixed the other problems I have had: the push to start needed a new part, the passenger window had a piece replaced twice, and the seats had to be replaced due to bubbling underneath. While at the other dealership it was noted that the coolant level continued to go low, even after they stated that they filled it. I am currently watching the levels, and am still having issues with the AC in the heat. It is a known Nissan issue that many owners have reported. I called Lee to see if they would stand behind what they told me a little over a year ago, and the best they could do is tell me they could possibly give me $22,000 for it. That’s much less than I paid for this vehicle that I can hardly drive due to the AC. Very disappointed with this dealership. It has gone way downhill since the last time I was there.
