The WOW Experience We (wife & I) went shopping for a new truck after USAA made appointments at Preston Hood Chevy because we thought we wanted a Colorado. Even with an appointment we were disappointed in both the truck and the reception. The entire atmosphere in the dealership was cold and uninviting. We decided to check out Lee Nissan and look at a Frontier. From the moment we set foot in the showroom we were blow away with the pleasant reception and this was without an appointment. We were introduced to Michael (Mike) Morgan and he impressed us from that moment on. I made it clear that I had researched the trade-in value of my truck and gave him the amount I expected. We then looked at trucks available. Mike answered every question and we decided to get some prices on a truck in silver. None could be found, but Mike insisted that the white one was the truck for us. He then went ahead and put an offer together we could not refuse. Bottom line is that we were offered exactly the trade value in I researched. This is the first time ever for me in my car buying experience that I got the trade-in I researched. Mike did an awesome job in putting this all together for us and knew everything about the truck plus demonstrated all the features for us. Joel handled the finance part of it quickly and professionally by explaining every piece of paper and did it like a dealer at a crap table. Every question answered and even though I spent 34K, he reached into a drawer and pulled out a $25 coupon. As meager as it may sound, it was the thought that counts. I was impressed. All in all, it was a WOW experience. I got the perma-coat the next day and Mike made all the arrangements from scheduling to the rental. Great service by all, thanks. More

I called up Jen about wanting to get a new Sentra and she came through within a matter of days! Awesome service, they care about you and listen to your concerns. Shoot, Jen even drove the car to my house because I didn't have anyone with me to help me out! I can't thank her and the staff enough for what they did for me! If I get in another wreck I'll be right back talking to Jen again! More

Excellent Experience with Keith Travis and Lee Nissan My wife and I are both analytical types who collect data before making any decision. So we researched and drove 9 cars before buying our 2016 Nissan My wife and I are both analytical types who collect data before making any decision. So we researched and drove 9 cars before buying our 2016 Nissan Murano. What was strikingly different was our sales person at the dealer. Keith Travis treated us like friends and family. He wanted to understand our situation and what we needed from a car to be sure those needs were met. Keith Travis did a great job in giving us a detailed description of the new safety features of the Murano. At the other dealers, the sales people just didn't know the car's features or jumped into the test drive without the proper overview. There was too much pressure to buy before we were ready. Keith went at our pace and ability to understand the features. The Murano was by far the most comfortable car to drive in it's class. The back seat was very roomy and overall the car was well presented. Lee Nissan had an extensive inventory of cars with different options so we test drove the Platinum and the SL. Again, Keith carefully explained each difference between the two cars. I liked the way it brought together functionality and comfort with style. The Bose sound system was great! The first price given was realistic given our research and each item on the pricing was well explained. No pressure to buy, just clear explanation of the price and the vehicle. We appreciated the friendly sales mentality of Keith. The once area for improvement is the time for getting the paperwork ready. It took us several hours for them to get the paperwork ready for us to buy the car. This was way too long for us to wait at the dealer and I rated the customer service experience lower because of this point but found the overall dealer experience still to be excellent. Once we got into the business office, Joel Rainer did a good job in reviewing the paperwork and presenting the "extras". Again, it was a no pressure environment which was good. Overall, I would recommend Keith Travis and Lee Nissan to my friends and family! More
