The highly-esteemed staff of Lee Nissan, specifically Michael O'Brien and all other salesmen/financial professionals I had the pleasure of meeting, sincerely took my safety to heart; they were patient with me when I wanted to look inside of every different car; they were honest with me about pricing, safety, and gas mileage; they even made sure to use layman's terms instead of vehicular jargon so I would not miss out on a single detail of what I was diving into. I appreciated all of their help; it was as if they knew the car that was perfect for me: you give them a few details of what you're looking for, and they can find it for you. Didn't really have to wait and within 5 minutes a gentlemen called me in and then directed me to a salesman Keith. It was a great experience for me but it was especially good since we were buying a car for my 16 yo granddaughter. We had picked the car she wanted and Keith explained everything to both of us. Another gentleman who was a great help was Tim as he also explained some very important items. We spent a couple of hours going over everything and she drove home with the biggest smile on her face.
