The atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed and helpful. The sales staff was not at all pushy, only helpful and informative. The three people that I had contact with: TJ Walter, Benny Sledge, and Tim Watson where all knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and quite personable. The price of the new vehicle was completely inline with national standards and not inflated. We did experience an unavoidable delay in the final processing which made our stay much longer than we anticipated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I called the number and got preapproved for a set amount but being the skeptic I usually am, I just ignored it. The next morning I receive a call from Lee Nissan, they want me to come and talk about getting qualified for a car. I said well since they contacted me why not go and check it out! I was shocked at all the the great lengths they went for me to get my new car! They went above and beyond for me. They worked with me when I was thinking it wasn't going to be something I can pull off. Amazing people and awesome way to keep business booming! Lee Nissan is the best!! I am loving my brand new car!! More

Fantastic experience for people who don't like dealerships Nick Pica was awesome and he got us in the truck we wanted for the price we needed. The payments were even lower that we expected. He spoke to both of us (husband and wife) with respect and kindness. We had been talking to other dealerships for a few days and one salesman didn't even acknowledge my presence. He spoke to my husband and when I would ask questions, he would answer them to my husband. Very disrespectful and when I explained my distrust of this salesman, my husband walked away from the dealership with no questions asked. Quite the opposite of this, Nick was by far, the best sales consultant out of all of them all. He didn't try to talk us into something that we didn't want and he never lied to us. Junior Johnson, our sales manager, was very straight with us and didn't monkey around with the numbers. We don't particularly like buying cars from dealerships because there are some dealerships that are less than truthful about their "rock bottom" price and like to play games. We walked away from another dealership 3 times and each time they called us back with a better offer than their "final offer". Not so at Lee Nissan. Nick was honest and he brought Junior in pretty quick and Junior gave us a fantastic deal that we could all live with and even managed to get our interest rate lower than we expected. There were no games and we really appreciated that! When it came time to close out the deal and sign and drive, we spoke with Joel Rainer and he was so nice and, after about an hour and a half wait, he got us into his office and went through all the paperwork. He explained everything we were signing and initialing and answered all of our questions. We trusted all three men and will continue going to them for cars in the future. Mike Morgan made it happen! When I first spoke with Mike Morgan on the phone, I was pretty adamant about wanting the NV1500. When I actually saw the size of the van, I realized When I first spoke with Mike Morgan on the phone, I was pretty adamant about wanting the NV1500. When I actually saw the size of the van, I realized it was too big. Mike didn't try to pressure me into going with the bigger, more expensive van but happily showed me the NV200. I really liked the size, the 2 side doors as well as the back doors. We discussed the options that I wanted and he located my van at a dealership 3 hours away. Even though it was already late in the afternoon and one of those days when 3 people wanted 4 things from him, he managed to arrange for the delivery of my van the next day. Originally, I was going to pick the van up on Friday, but he re-arranged his schedule to allow me to pick it up a day earlier. Throughout the 6 hours he worked face-to-face with me to get me the van I wanted at a price I thought was fair, he treated me with respect. I didn't feel like a "second class customer" because of my gender or age. Before he sent me on my way with my new NV200, he showed me how to hook up the blue tooth of my cell phone with the van's built in speakers and showed me how to use it...a new thing for me. I'm glad that I was lucky enough to get Mike as my salesman. His skill and knowledge and caring made the task of buying a new vehicle a good experience.
