When I came to him, over a year ago, and expressed wanting to find a "smaller vehicle" that wasn't "too small", and one that had gas mileage that saved me money....we looked at used vehicles, first...I gave him a price range, and (knowing I have three growing children) he wanted to make sure it'd work with their needs, too. After test driving a couple used cars...He shot me an email..."hey, what about a NEW Nissan, Rogue?" I went to the Lee Nissan website...and it caught my attention. Les is The Best The first time I used the Lee dealership was in 2007. My late husband and I bought a new 2007 Yukon XL. Les Hutchinson was our sales representative. Several years later, I decided to trade the big vehicle for a smaller, more gas friendly one. I chose to purchase a new 2010 Nissan Altima. That car never gave me one problem. This year, I knew I needed something a little roomier but with the same gas economy. I remembered the Lee dealership was now affiliated with Nissan. I also remembered Les Hutchinson and believed he would give me honest answers to my questions and treat me fairly. I wasn't disappointed. Les helped me so much that day. I got the car I needed and believe it will be just as good as my last Nissan. The Lee Nissan dealership is lucky to have Les Hutchinson. He's the main reason why I chose to purchase in Ft. Walton Beach vs driving to the Alabama dealership where I purchased my Altima. Although Nissan is a great product, it takes something a little more to make a customer become a repeat. We were looking at one in the showroom when Keith Travis walked up and introduced himself and asked if we needed any help or questions answered. We told him what we were interested in. Instead of trying to sell us the most expensive vehicle, he fit our desires with the vehicle we were interested in without all the unneeded bells and whistles we did not need. He showed us several models and then backed off and let us decide what we wanted to do. He did not push or pressure us, but worked with us to get the results we were looking for. The service department and everyone involved with us were very friendly and wanting to help in whatever way possible. More
