Mike Morgan made it happen! When I first spoke with Mike Morgan on the phone, I was pretty adamant about wanting the NV1500. When I actually saw the size of the van, I realized it was too big. Mike didn't try to pressure me into going with the bigger, more expensive van but happily showed me the NV200. I really liked the size, the 2 side doors as well as the back doors. We discussed the options that I wanted and he located my van at a dealership 3 hours away. Even though it was already late in the afternoon and one of those days when 3 people wanted 4 things from him, he managed to arrange for the delivery of my van the next day. Originally, I was going to pick the van up on Friday, but he re-arranged his schedule to allow me to pick it up a day earlier. Throughout the 6 hours he worked face-to-face with me to get me the van I wanted at a price I thought was fair, he treated me with respect. I didn't feel like a "second class customer" because of my gender or age. Before he sent me on my way with my new NV200, he showed me how to hook up the blue tooth of my cell phone with the van's built in speakers and showed me how to use it...a new thing for me. I'm glad that I was lucky enough to get Mike as my salesman. His skill and knowledge and caring made the task of buying a new vehicle a good experience. Great service but just time consuming. I went today and met with Mark Anthony. I was promptly greeted by him where we got right down to business. I told him just be up front and honest and don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. We looked at a few Nissans but ultimately bought a used 2015 Toyota Camry. He got all the numbers done quickly and he got the car all cleaned and gassed up. The only hang up was there was a back up in finance. Apparently going in on the last Friday of the month is not a good time if your in a hurry, but the finance guy did expedited the process as much as possible because he knew we had been waiting. Much appreciated as we had another appointment to get too. Over all there was a wait but they took care of us and we're constantly making sure we were comfortable and didn't need drinks or anything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone as well as Mark Anthony. More
