GREAT USED CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE FROM EMAIL TO DELIVERY I located the exact used vehicle I was looking for at Lee Nissan. Since I live a little over 2 hours away it was important to me to be able to do mos I located the exact used vehicle I was looking for at Lee Nissan. Since I live a little over 2 hours away it was important to me to be able to do most negotiations via email. Unlike most other dealerships that really did not want to help me via email, Jennifer Hart in internet sales was VERY helpful. (Other dealers were very reluctant to discuss numbers with me... it was always "when can you come in to test drive... I promise blah blah blah". ) Jennifer worked with me to get to a pretty good number making it worth my long drive to take a close look / test drive of the vehicle. Once I arrived I worked with Jimbo Pulliam (Jennifer was not working that day). Jimbo allowed me to inspect the vehicle and test drive it with absolutely no pressure. Once that was complete we worked a fair price for the vehicle and I was out the door within about an hour of my arrival. Everyone there treated me with respect, and with no pressure. Very easy transaction from beginning all the way through the paperwork and taking delivery. I recommend you give Jennifer and Jimbo at Lee Nissan a shot at your business. More
