I brought my 2018 nissan pathfinder in for a recall. They broke a bolt off the strut mount and told me it was rusted, it wasn't. They ended up having to repair my strut mount but did a terrible job and They broke a bolt off the strut mount and told me it was rusted, it wasn't. They ended up having to repair my strut mount but did a terrible job and now my car, which had zero issues, sounds like crap. Their mechanic rode with me and confirmed it, made me an appt for the next day. Then management called me later the same day and canceled my appt. A simple Google search says the strut mount is lose and they won't fix my car properly. More
