Exceptional service and product. I had a pair of Nissan 370 "Z Logo" illuminated kick plates purchased/installed at Lee Nissan of Fort Walton Beach. Ed Hartley and Jerry Nelson of Pa I had a pair of Nissan 370 "Z Logo" illuminated kick plates purchased/installed at Lee Nissan of Fort Walton Beach. Ed Hartley and Jerry Nelson of Parts Dept. were extremely helpful in getting the exact product I requested. Gino Leone of Service Dept. did an "outstanding" job in scheduling the installation and completion of the product in a very timely and professional manner. I'm very impressed with the illuminated kick plates. I wish to "Thank" the team in the Parts Dept., Service Dept. and the technician who did the installation. More

Made my day so much better My day started out pretty rough, but it was all turned around with the help of the staff. I went in with a car that was giving me issues and came out My day started out pretty rough, but it was all turned around with the help of the staff. I went in with a car that was giving me issues and came out with a brand new car. Tanner (my Sales Associate) and Joel (the Finance Manager) made me feel so comfortable with my decision to just buy a new car. They were transparent with all of the necessary information and honestly, I felt home. Everyone there makes you feel like you've been there before. Like you're part of their family. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership. I also look forward to continued business with them as well. More

Service I came into get brand new tires and an oil change. They noticed my car needed an alignment and immediately contacted me so that I could have the optio I came into get brand new tires and an oil change. Oil change Went in for oil change, they have a window to see whats going on out on the floor from the waiting area. I was waiting for 1.5 hours, i could see my c Went in for oil change, they have a window to see whats going on out on the floor from the waiting area. I was waiting for 1.5 hours, i could see my car and three of their mechanics standing around a tool box doing nothing for 30-40 minutes. At one point i watched one of their mechanics actually sitting on the hood of my vehicle. His name was luis. Looked for service check in guy to ask him why they were standing around and one sitting on my car and couldnt find him. Payed the bill which ws twice the price as what i pay for same service in pensacola. So to sum it up i payed twice the price for them to stand around and take twice as long and to sit on my car like a chair. I would never take my car back here and would never recommend them to anyone. More
