I had been getting my service done elsewhere due to some bad service with legacy in 2022, when I saw Zach was on the team and the previous losers were replaced with honest and knowledgeable management and t bad service with legacy in 2022, when I saw Zach was on the team and the previous losers were replaced with honest and knowledgeable management and techs, I came back. I’ve also purchased a new car from legacy for my son last month so I’m pretty happy with the total overall dealership experience. Keep up the good work and the corrections made in the service department have been noticed.. I feel that the service prices are very competitive for most vehicle related Maintenance and I will defiantly be using those services in the future. More

My truck had to be towed it had a dead battery and a bad tailgate switch also had a oil change and tire rotation got a call from Becky said it’s good to go when I arrived got the keys and left but when I ch tailgate switch also had a oil change and tire rotation got a call from Becky said it’s good to go when I arrived got the keys and left but when I check the tire pressure monitoring system only one was reading the pressure the other 3 were out so i turned around and went back to legacy told Becky what had happen they took it to the back for a few minutes brought it back was doing the same thing so she tells me maybe I need to drive it for a while if they do not show bring it back so I left about a mile they came on when I got home I was going to wash my truck but I seen a dent on my passenger side finder they either hit the fender when removing the battery or installing the batteryso I drove back went show Becky she got the manager first word he said to me was he’s not sure that they did here that it may have been the tow truck driver i said well it was not like that before it came here then he said to pop the hood when I was looking under the hood the cap was left off of the wiper jug so they had the dent doctor come and try to repair it but not a good job still can see the dent so I’m still not happy with the results this will be the last time my truck will go to legacy gmc. It’s a shame when you bring you truck for service and they cause me more problems More

I have had my truck there several times for the same touchscreen issue that I was told was fixed and is not. Haven’t heard from them about possible resolution in several weeks. Brought my wife's car in for ac work due to the compressor going out, the team there jumped on it and got it done within a day, which was a big deal to me due to my wife being pregnant and needing compressor going out, the team there jumped on it and got it done within a day, which was a big deal to me due to my wife being pregnant and needing ac to drive her car, all in all job was done quickly and professionally and we were able to get a loaner while her car was down.
