I always get good service from Legend. However, I had my car scheduled for a few issues. When I got the call that my car was ready, I went and paid. However, looking at the receipt I notic However, I had my car scheduled for a few issues. When I got the call that my car was ready, I went and paid. However, looking at the receipt I noticed that 2 things were not included and not done. The service advisor recommended that I return the next day to complete because the technicians had already left, I returned the next day and about 45 minutes later my car was ready. In my rush to leave I did not notice that I was not given a completed receipt. I called from home and left a message requested an emailed completed receipt. Did not get a call back. I waited 2 days and called again and was connected to a voicemail. I left another message asking for a call back or an emailed receipt or I would come back to pick up. I also left again my phone number to notify me of the steps taken. I still did not an answer after 3 days. No email or returned call. More
