Sean always takes his time to go over what needs to be done to my Audi every time I come in for a service. Recently I went it to purchase new tires and do an oil change. He didn’t try and add on million o done to my Audi every time I come in for a service. Recently I went it to purchase new tires and do an oil change. He didn’t try and add on million other things that “needed” to be done. He’s very honest and always takes care of me. I know when you service your car at a dealership you end up spending extra, but I know they are not cutting any corners and things are done by professionals. Two days in with my new tires and unfortunately I hit something on the road driving during the recent snow storm. Tire blew out, but I was able to go in and get it replaced no appointment, no charge for a brand new tire and got assured that nothing else happened to my car. Cathy was able to help me out that day and I was back on the road. My only complaint is that if you spend extra money the loaner shouldn’t be that big of a deal to get. If you have time to sit around for hours then it’s easier to schedule an appointment because if you are gonna need a loaner make sure you plan your appointment weeks ahead otherwise you are screwed. More

Had an amazing experience with Louis. He was quick, professional and super patient with me. He went above and beyond to make me happy and find the best model for my needs and budget. Louis was never aggressive or pushy it was a perfect experience with him the entire process and I look forward to going to him for my next car!!! The dealership however wasn’t as impressive. What originally brought me to this location was I needed a key replacement. My first impression was getting yelled at by an employee ‘You’re not REALLY gonna park there are you?!!’ When I pulled up to the garage. There was no signage as to where I should go and I was confused...getting yelled at wasn’t appreciated. The service team also ordered the wrong key to program and I was informed after I sat for an hour. I had to go back a week later and after I had to ask they took off a few dollars but that was ridiculous. The only good thing that came out of that was meeting Louis and he really turned it around with his style and class. More
