This was a great dealership experience, Amber Pacheco understood the situation my wife and I were put into when our Hybrid RAV4 needed major repair at only 108,000 miles. We shopped another dealership who wouldn’t even offer a trade on the RAV4. We informed them that we did not want another hybrid, it had to have 4x4 and that my wife preferred black vehicles. They brought out a 2021 4 runner and let us test drive it for at least 30 minutes with out anyone else in the vehicle. We returned to the lot and negotiated a fair price for the trade in and purchase, at that time we took the 4 Runner home and returned the following evening to finish the paperwork. More
