Jennifer Leiby was my sales consultant and she did a fantastic job. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. She was also a good listener and quickly recognized that I was an informed buyer who was ready and able to buy. She adjusted accordingly and navigated us through the process very effectively. The negotiation was no-nonsense, efficient and respectful. The paperwork and delivery went smoothly as well. Overall, I give her 5 stars as a sales consultant. I'm not exactly sure who the sales manager was, but I believe it may have been Travis Kost. In any case, kudos to the sales manager for his/her part in reaching what I thought was a fair and competitive deal for both myself and the dealership. The negotiation process was nonsense free, and I really appreciated that. Anthony Proscia was the finance manager assigned to my transaction. He did a great job of explaining the limitations of factory warranties, the various supplemental options they offer, and how they can eliminate unexpected expenses during ownership. I've previously purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and I've always had good experiences while buying and throughout ownership of the vehicles. Their service department does a great job. Overall, I think this is a very well run dealership. I will be back when I'm ready to buy a new car (assuming they offer one that I like and Honda continues to make great vehicles). I highly recommend giving them a try. More

They said h Now I remember why we did not buy our last two Hondas here. Walked in and asked for specific person that we have been communicating with. They said he was busy so they gave us to this other lady named Jazz. Every other dealer we went to today was able to pull keys and tags in a matter of minutes. She took 10 minutes while we were waiting around wondering what happened to her with my drivers license. We were talking amongst ourselves wondering if this was a tactic and apparently the sales manager overheard us and told her. She comes back out and kind of accusing leases my sales manager said you were complaining about being kept waiting. What is the problem? Do you have somewhere to go?" Should've walked out right that second. They didn't have the inventory of what we wanted and after a test drive, we were ready to proceed to other dealers. She said "well, then good day" when we said we would return another time. She guilt us into coming inside to meet her sales manager. He basically did nothing for us either. Promise to do a search. We will see if we hear back from them. Meanwhile, went to two other dealers who totally had their act together and had classy, non-pushy, professional acting sales people. Will never consider playing a car from them ever again. It had been years since we bought her two previous Hondas and now I completely remember when we avoided this one. More
Can't Trust The Man in the Business Office-BEWARE!!!!! I bought a new Honda Civic. My salesman was a decent guy--Richard Mello. However, the man I dealt with in the Business Office--Anthony P. (he never I bought a new Honda Civic. My salesman was a decent guy--Richard Mello. However, the man I dealt with in the Business Office--Anthony P. (he never even gave me his business card so I have no idea what his last name is) is the EXACT stereotype of what gives car salesmen a bad name. He was rude and didn't tell me all the information I needed to make decisions based on purchasing the extended warranty--and when I went to cancel it a few days later dealing with him was a nightmare. While sitting in his office I could not decided whether or not to purchase it --which he knew. Instead of telling me not to worry because I had 60 days to change my mind (something I discovered on my own when reading the fine print of the contract--certainly not something Anthony told me about) he told me I could wait a few days to purchase the warrranty but the price would be higher if I did. Well Anthony, upon going home and checking what my husband paid for his recent purchase of a service contract on his new recently purchased Mazda I discovered I was already over paying because his service contract was a lot less expensive and covered many, many more things. When I called to cancel Anthony laughed at me and said NO ONE has EVER cancelled a policy and he couldn't believe I wanted to. Well, Anthony--believe it. He was rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. I would suggest to LV Honda to look into the way Anthony conducts business and the way he treats customers. My salesman-Richard Mello was a nice guy--but Anthony left a very sour taste in my mouth and unfortunately for LV Honda that is the part of the story my friends, relatives and co-workers will remember Also I was told I would be getting a survey--which I never did receive--guess the delaership only wants positive comments. I was with a friend who just purchased a Jeep and was given a slip from the dealer with information on it about this DealerRater site. Thought I would check it out on my own to see if LV Honda was on it--and am glad I did. Lucky for me---because no one at LV Honda ever gave me any information on how to rate them. More

Stop and read this before you go to this dealer The experience was great until the end when the business manager swiped my daughters credit card with out her permission and I went to shake the sales The experience was great until the end when the business manager swiped my daughters credit card with out her permission and I went to shake the sales women's hand and she was upset so she ignored my gesture of kindness to say not today but we would be back . To be honest my plan was to discuss the deal with my daughter and return the next day and make the purchase . Now since we where lied to and we where because we was told that the need for the credit card in the sales ladies hand was to show we where highly interested nothing more and then they swipe the card as we are leaving and asking for it back bad business . You had a sale we where returning the next day for sure now you have nothing and I'm gonna make this aware to everyone . Scam artist your dealership is , we asked to see the numbers to see how the final cost would lay out and got told we are taking a lost that's all you need to know at this point like come on let's have better customer service and sales service . For a place that has been in the business for 30 years I would never expect that from . I will tell you this I am making complaints to the better business bureau our credit card company has been made aware so they can make future customers aware and I'm only getting started you scammed and bullied the wrong people . Horrible experience with Vinart Collision Center I just bought certified 2014 Hyundai Tuscon from LV Hyundai. The windshield had 4 vertical scratches and the used car sales manager John had me take it to the Vinart Collision Center for them to look at it (it was to be replaced at their cost). That was the start of my mistreatment. The person who looked at it asked Jennifer what day was open and the following Wed. was scheduled. It was made clear to them that this was not my insurance paying but a repair by the dealership (which I later learned is a REO repair). I asked where the drop off slot was and Jennifer told me. Not once did she say this is not how the REO is handled, she did not direct me back to Megan who handles scheduling, loaner cars, etc. I dropped car off Wed, & got call from Jennifer again asking about my ins!! Told her again, not my ins but your dealer repair. Called later & was told car not ready, be next day or Fri. Nothing was ever said to me when this was scheduled. I don't think they even ordered windshield till Wed. After much going around, Heather got me a loaner & said would be ready by Fri. Again, I called and Jennifer said not till Monday!! She then called back and said late Fri or I could pick up Sat morning. Went to collision center Sat morning and guess what. My car now tagged as REO and they took it over to dealership, we had to wait 30+ minutes for them to bring it over to collision center. The repair was done correctly (at least so far it is good) but I have never been treated with so much disrespect. We went over to used car dealership and spoke to Jimmy (sales manager) who apologized (along with others). I will give this dealership one more chance- when I come in for service what is going to happen?? I am very wary and this is unfortunate as this is my first new car in 17 years. We will see. More

H We worked with Tito Torres, we found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle and features. His many years in the business was very notable. He made the whole process of buying a new car very enjoyable (painless). When we went in to do the final paperwork he was well organized and made that part very easy. From the first meeting with him we knew he had our backs and was more focus on our needs. I would have to rate him and the dealership as the best car buy experience we have every had. We also worked with Anthony Proscia. He went over the other options, was very informative. Again very helpful, down to earth and respected our needs. Great to work with. We would like to thank both men for being top guys in their profession. More
