Always Satisfiied With The Service at Lehigh Valley Honda I have been a customer for over 30 years. During that period I have purchased 3 new Hondas ,leased 2 new Hondas and purchased 3 used Hondas. Tito was the bomb! I am extremely late on giving this review to such a dedicated person who helped me buy my first car ever. Since the beginning Tito was the definition I am extremely late on giving this review to such a dedicated person who helped me buy my first car ever. Since the beginning Tito was the definition of friendly. I came with my family to see if I could finally get a car and l definitely did. We took many hours there but the issue was only because it was the weekend and most insurance companies we're not helping me get insurance on the car. However, Tito had the solution to that problem and had a guy from an insurance company help us...on a weekend day. I am so grateful to Tito for all his patience, tips, resourcefulness, dedication and helpfulness. Thank you Tito and LVH Laura Burgos More

He stayed nearly two hours after the end of his normal 9pm shift end time to wait for us! He also maintains a free line of communication that really puts me at ease. I have always been apprehensive with dealing with sales associates because I feel pressured to make a purchase immediately. Tito is nothing like that. I've had very good experience with the dealership in buying my vehi This review apply specifically to the express service at Lehigh Valley Honda only. I've had very good experience with the dealership in buying my vehicles and also very good experiences with the appointment service team. The one disappointment is the express service program. The dealership highlights that as a benefit, but I have found it to be not so much. I've never been there and experience less than a one-hour wait before service in the so-called expressed service program. I even went so far as to call the express service team and ask when they're shortest wait times typically are. I have flexibility in my work schedule so I can come over to the expressed service at any time of the day. They are unwilling to tell me anything about when their lines might be shorter. Basically they said you never know. So express service really isn't worth it for me I wait longer than if I simply make an appointment. More
