All the basics with quality and care Just had a recall service done -- and the dealership was very diligent about tracking me down to make sure I knew about it. Also did my annual inspection and fixed a glitch that had developed when another shop replaced a windshield a few days prior. Got a full report on what they did and what needs attention in the near future, without any upsell or push to do more work now. It's been 8 years and 90k miles with Sam Azar and the rest of the team -- I'm not going anywhere else anytime soon! Thanks! More

Why have appointments? Nobody wants to waste a Saturday in your waiting area. Not everyone can make week day hours so honor appointment times reasonably. Why do I have to wait over 2 hours for inspection or a simple oil change? Maybe you shouldn't call it an appointment & be like the cable company & give a time frame instead. This is an issue that needs to be addressed as I have had many discussions with other unhappy customers in the waiting area. More

My service records are handy for them to check to see if there is any service needed or coming up soon. Helps me to plan my next service visit. Their customer waiting area is great. Plenty of seating, free wifi, awesome coffee machine, and early morning there is bagels. If you just want water, there are bottles in the refrigerator.
