After researching the car online, we visited the dealer's pre-owned department, where we were greeted at the door by Mike Dutsch. Without using any high-pressure sales tactics, Mike showed us the car, took us for a test drive, and answered all our questions. Over the next several days, Mike checked in with us by phone and email and even started some of the paperwork so that when we returned to the dealer over the weekend to finalize the purchase, we were on the road in our certified pre-owned vehicle in under an hour. Also very helpful was Dan, the finance manager, who managed to get us a loan rate even lower than our credit union offered. Dan discussed the various protection plans, providing clear, easy-to-understand literature and, once again, no high-pressure sales tactics.
