Excellent service as usual but this time there was one issue. We had dropped our car off for its annual inspection the night before. I received a message from my servi as usual but this time there was one issue. We had dropped our car off for its annual inspection the night before. I received a message from my service advisor at about 8 am which in itself was great since my appointment wasn't actually until 9:15. The problem was after I called back to give the go ahead with the other needed repairs I didn't get a call back when the car was done until the end of the day. My thought would be that first in, first out. I was told that they were short handed on techs and overbooked on appointments. Not sure where the disconnect was but it sounded like it was a back office issue that they were planning to resolve. More

When I attempted to get assistance and information about an issue the sales manager attempted to verbally intimidate me and upper level management chose to ignore my written inquiry. Received no response until I filed a complaint with the PA Attorney General Dept of Consumer Affairs. Even then the response I received from upper management was termed as "good will gesture." Have purchased several Hondas from LVH and will continue to buy Hondas, but not at LVH. More

Their prices are fair, their service is excellent, everyone is smiling and ready to assist in any way, I can't say enough positive things about this dealership, and everyone who works there. More

The waiting area is clean and very comfortable with bagels, coffee, water etc. They always have someone who can take you to work or home if you are leaving your car there. As a woman, the fact that they explain what they are going to do and don't try to "scare" me into thinking that I'll be stranded if another service isn't provided (adding to the cost) is very commendable and much different from other dealerships I have dealt with. I have a 2001 Accord and have always taken it to the dealership for all my service. I will buy my next car at Lehigh Valley Honda. More

Worst buying expierence ever. I buy a new car every year or two because of what I do for a living and I put a lot of miles on a car. I bought from Lehigh Valley Honda in the past and there are always issues at this dealership. I bought a 2016 Honda HRV, that did not come with any type of warranty. How can they sell you a brand new 2016 for $25K without a warranty on the tires? I got a nail in my tire and they wanted me to pay over $200 for a tire and the car only had 6K miles on it. Like I said buy new cars all the time, dealerships will honor problems you have with your car, but Lehigh Valley Honda, is all about sales, they don't care about the customer after they sell you the car, they want to upsell everything and if you don't pay for the upgrades you are treated like xxxx, you are not worthy of their business after they take your money. They have a referral program, I have a friend who just bought a car there a few months ago, so I gave his name to my salesperson so my friend could get his $50 referral, something they offer. I bought my car in April, my friend still has not received his referral money. This dealership is a complete scam they will tell you whatever they need to, to sell you a car, then give you nothing after they take your money. They try to blame the salesperson, but they trained them to lie. More
