Hi Tim - thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Your HR-V does come with the standard manufacturer new car warranty. Tires are covered by the tire manufacturer. Tire manufacturers do not cover situations where a vehicle runs over a nail and punctures a tire. If you have experienced this unfortunate situation, we'll be happy to assist with replacing the tire. We offer the lowest tire prices in the area and we'll beat or match any lower price in the area on a comparable tire. As for your friends referral fee, if you could please forward his or her name and address, I will be happy to get a check cut and sent certified mail. I do respectfully disagree with your assertion that our dealership is a "scam" and that we train our salespeople "to lie". That is a totally inaccurate statement. We are a locally owned, family business that has been serving the Lehigh Valley for over 30 years. We take our reputation very seriously as evidenced by the other reviews on this forum. When an issue arises that is the result of something we did, we accept responsibility and take corrective action. We did not drive your car over the nail in the road, so we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of the replacement tire.
