Great Experience I had an appt. for oil change and state inspection. While there my service advisor Rob Bueso was so helpful. I had an issue with my Bluetooth settin I had an appt. for oil change and state inspection. While there my service advisor Rob Bueso was so helpful. I had an issue with my Bluetooth setting and he was able to connect it to my phone in no time. He advised me I may need an alignment and air filter but did not push. I decided to go ahead with it since I want to keep my car running at it's maximum potential. Rob answered all my questions (on econo button) wipers, etc with good solid information and never made me feel awkward. Also when your a Honda customers you get emails and offers for discounts which he gladly used for this service. More

Recall and Oil Change Made an appointment to have the software recall completed and also an oil change. When I got there, I realized I was still had another 1,000 miles prior to the oil change requirement. They gave me the option to hold off or go ahead with it. Since I was there and planning on traveling, I had it completed. While the services were being done, Matt came in an informed me that the cabin filter was dirty. I was asked if I wanted it replaced in lieu of telling me it needed to be done. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I bought the car there and they have supported it all the way. great job! More

I had excellent servicing at Lehigh Valley Honda for my 2002 model so that is the first place i went looking for a new car. I had been researching the car for months and took all the virtual tools on honda.com but was torn between a few features. When Honda announced the Summer Sales Event, I decided i needed to do a test drive and Lehigh Valley Honda was my first choice. I was greeted by Matthew Proscia who was couteous, friendly and excellent in answering all my questions regarding leather package upgrades & navigation pros and cons. I was able to make a well informed decision which model CRV I really needed and purchased the car I test drove and was able to drive home in my new 2016 CRV EX in a few hours. It was a positive experience, Matthew was a great salesman, and I would recommend Lehigh Valley Honda to anyone interested in a new Honda. More
