Service writer stated tires were low, one tire needed replacement and car needed alignment. Car always tracked true and straight. One tire was above recommended inflation, one at recommended and two were low. When I checked at home, all four were 6 pounds below Honda recommended inflation. They also wanted to change air filter even though I changed it four months ago! They also changed me to rotate tire even though they need to take two off for inspection! A bunch of Clowns. More

Not much I could do since my car wouldn't start and was towed to dealer service. The customer service of taking care of my repair in a timely fashion was fine. Repair completed same day. But pricing was outrages. If I had known I would have had it done at local garage. Also, labor was charged for 3+ hours, but actually completed via call in 2 hours. I asked do I get a reduction in labor cost and was told NO its a flat rate . Just doesn't seem fair when you are paying a premium labor rate at dealership. If I had time to shop around I could have saved on part also. More

Jazz listened to the car and price point I want it. She made it her priority to find everything I wanted and that was important to me and worked with me as much as she possibly could. She treated me as one of her own family and helped me get a new used Honda Accord. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend her and hopefully buy another one in a few years :)! I learned that I had to become someone I am not to gain the respect and business I deserved upon walking in. I wish that the feeling I got upon driving away with my car, was similar to the feeling I had when I was in the dealing process. I am happy with my investment, and am considering purchasing another Honda very soon, however, I know next time that I will need to be extremely diligent and firm if I am going to be taken seriously the first time.
