I had some specific vehicles in mind when I visited the dealership. Tito informed me of the positives and negatives of each of them and made suggestions on other vehicles I might want to look at. During the test drive, he took time to point out various features on the vehicle and answered any questions I had. He worked with me to find finances that I was comfortable with and was very genuine throughout the whole process. I would definitely go back and work with Tito in purchasing a future car. More

I wish I had found this dealership earlier! I had a terrible experience with a dealership further north in PA. Working with Lehigh Valley Honda was like a breath of fresh air! From the moment we stepped through the front door, we did not feel "preyed upon" by salespeople. There was a genuine feeling of warmth and friendliness from the people who greeted us. Rich, one of the managers, came out to meet us and made a personal connection without overdoing it. He introduced us to our salesperson Matthew Poscia , who turned out to be very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He was very respectful in his approach and never overbearing. His interest in Hondas stems from his own experiences owning them. He told me things about the Honda I was trading in that I hadn't been told before! I was able to purchase the car I wanted at the price I wanted because the professionals with whom I dealt, wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. More

It's rare that you can leave a dealership these days feeling trustful In a sales team...not so here. It's even rarer to find a dealership where they take the time to know you on a first name basis and greet you like a good friend. That's what it's like here. I drive 55 miles each way...even for an oil change...because LV Honda is worth it. My service agent, Sam Azar is the best service agent I have ever encountered tired...and I have been to many over the course of 40 years of car ownership? IF you have a Honda...you are missing out on the best service anywhere if you aren't going to LV Honda. And if you are thinking about a new Honda...go no further. Tremendously knowledgeable staff Last week brought my vehicle to Lehigh Valley Honda for a routine state inspection. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of speaking with Seth Butterfield Last week brought my vehicle to Lehigh Valley Honda for a routine state inspection. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of speaking with Seth Butterfield, about a few minor performance/aesthetic concerns regarding my new civic SI, including the shift knob that I had inadvertently misaligned over the past few months. His genuine interest in my concerns not only helped point me in the right direction, but he actually provided me with an alternative solution to my minor knob misalignment, by giving me a brand new one! Mr. Butterfield was engaged, inquisitive, and passionate regarding his interest in Honda's. I believe this, coupled with his warm personality, and in depth knowledge about Honda's performance offerings make him a tremendous asset to Lehigh Valley Honda. As a result, I highly recommend that anyone interested in leasing/financing Honda's new SI/Type R, or any competitors vehicles consult with Mr. Butterfield and take a good look at this dealership's offerings. It will save you time, and will definitely save you money. More

Poor Customer Service I purchased my 2004 Honda Pilot from this dealership in 2003 and have been the sole owner. I made a service appointment to replace a lost car key. W I purchased my 2004 Honda Pilot from this dealership in 2003 and have been the sole owner. I made a service appointment to replace a lost car key. While at service my passenger airbag inflater was due for recall replacement. The other recalled airbag had previously been replaced without incident several months earlier. After picking up my vehicle a new Airbag Indicator monitor was illuminated on the dashboard. This indicator had never been on. I was told the front airbag sensors and control unit were faulty and that this was present prior to any work being done on the airbag (recall). The service manager denied that any work done by the service technicians would have caused the SRS sensors to illuminate. Not being a mechanic all I can attest to with 100% certainty is that this airbag indicator had not been illuminated prior to servicing the vehicle and now it is present. I would not recommend this service center. I purchased my second Honda from a nearby dealership and will likely purchase another Honda from a different dealership than LV Honda. More
