Moved to tennessee and still have it serviced here I moved to Tennessee last October and come back to the valley twice a year. I make sure I have my hybrid serviced. Great Experience I had an appt. for oil change and state inspection. While there my service advisor Rob Bueso was so helpful. I had an issue with my Bluetooth settin I had an appt. for oil change and state inspection. While there my service advisor Rob Bueso was so helpful. I had an issue with my Bluetooth setting and he was able to connect it to my phone in no time. He advised me I may need an alignment and air filter but did not push. I decided to go ahead with it since I want to keep my car running at it's maximum potential. Rob answered all my questions (on econo button) wipers, etc with good solid information and never made me feel awkward. Also when your a Honda customers you get emails and offers for discounts which he gladly used for this service. More

When I got there, I realized I was still had another 1,000 miles prior to the oil change requirement. They gave me the option to hold off or go ahead with it. Since I was there and planning on traveling, I had it completed. While the services were being done, Matt came in an informed me that the cabin filter was dirty. I was asked if I wanted it replaced in lieu of telling me it needed to be done. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I bought the car there and they have supported it all the way. great job! More
