All service information was emailed to me and I received a fully filled out data sheet that showed what the status of all of the systems were. Air bag recall We were traveling through in an Rv and towing the Honda and had been trying to get this warranty service completed. Walt, our service writer, seemed We were traveling through in an Rv and towing the Honda and had been trying to get this warranty service completed. Walt, our service writer, seemed to care and realized that we needed to get this done. We called back when he asked us to do so to see that they had the parts and we drove over immediately from Scharllesville and they promptly did the service for us. We had had another dealership say to us, "You need to go back to Texas--don't they have dealerships there?" Walt was very friendly, told us where we could get coffee and bagles, and that it would be an hour to an hour and one-half. That was true and we were on our way again. Don Hamilton More
