Could not find problem Had a squeaky sound coming from steering column and a door closure issue on my 2012 Odessey. Dealer fixed door issue fine but could not find an issue Had a squeaky sound coming from steering column and a door closure issue on my 2012 Odessey. Dealer fixed door issue fine but could not find an issue with squeaky steering column. They could not hear the problem, did not talk to me about it. They said it would be big bucks to find so best strategy is to live with it. I do not believe they ever heard the problem. But...... On way home the squeaky problem was still there. What can I say except they did not do a good effort here. Hopefully it is not a safety issue. More

I went in for a service visit, (the service advisor was great) and Tito showed me the new HRV & the The best customer service/sales experience EVER!!! I went in for a service visit, (the service advisor was great) and Tito showed me the new HRV & the 2016 Civic. We discussed pricing and needless to say I drove away in a new civic. The only advise I would offer is to have a financing assistant available on the weekends to spin the paperwork,(the wait was kind of long) otherwise everything else was great. The best dealership around. I will only purchase my cars from him. He's very honest and upfront. No hassling what so ever. Thank you for everything Tito!!! More
