Great Experience I took my Honda FIT in to have a recall fixed and the Service Advisor, John Giglio, made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The proces I took my Honda FIT in to have a recall fixed and the Service Advisor, John Giglio, made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The process took slightly longer than expected, but, again, John came over and explained exactly what was happening, and apologized for the delay, which made me feel at ease, again. He also saved me another trip by letting me know that my inspection could be done within a three month window, so he took care of that as well. Overall, my service visit was a great experience.
