Excellent customer service... All-around great people! I initiated my search for a new Honda Pilot in late October 2015, informally browsing the 2016 Pilot while having service done on my 2010 Pilot. At that initial visit, Tom at the front desk of the show room provided informal yet invaluable information in a low-pressure way. Moreover, he took the time to introduce me to Maggie in sales, who was wonderful to work with. I took about six weeks to do my homework, during which there was no "rush" or high-pressure tactics. Upon revisiting the dealership on Dec 18, Maggie was truly a pleasure to work with. In addition to being knowledgeable and a wonderful listener (i.e., helping to recommend the specific add-ons based on my preferences), she was personable and an all around pleasure to work with. The buying process was a breeze, as she listened and responded to meet my needs. This impecabble service from Tom and Maggie then carried over to Leo, during which we discussed financing options for my purchase. Bear in mind this glowing review is coming from someone that doesn't typically engage in these types of surveys, but the folks at Lehigh Valley Honda certainly warrant the superfluous compliments.
