Hello and thank you for taking the time to write your review. I'm sorry if you feel as though we have not lived up to our commitment with respect to the vehicle that you purchased from us back in April of 2015. You purchased a seven year old vehicle with 120,000+ miles. The vehicle was clearly marked and sold to you "as-is" meaning that there is no additional warranty, express or implied. You've driven the vehicle for almost eight months and you've never had it back to our service center for maintenance or repair. Now you are experiencing mechanical issues while the vehicle is located in another state at another dealership. We would respectfully disagree with your contention that we are some how liable to cover the cost of the repairs that are needed. While we are sympathetic to your predicament, we do take issue with you calling our sales department in search of assistance while ending with you becoming verbally abusive with our sales manager.
