In all the times I have visited dealers to purchase vehicles myself, or accompany other friends and family to look over vehicles for them, I have NEVER seen or dealt with a dealership as friendly with young children as Lehigh Valley Honda was My daughter is 2 years old and they had small activities to keep her content (books, blocks, etc.). They even had drinks for her and were very accommodating to her needs as well as ours when it came to purchasing a vehicle. I don't typically write reviews, but this experience really blew me away. Continue the great work! More

Will never return After a state inspection, emissions, and new front breaks, I drove my Accord home and noticed that 4 caps had been broken off my lug nuts on 3 out of After a state inspection, emissions, and new front breaks, I drove my Accord home and noticed that 4 caps had been broken off my lug nuts on 3 out of 4 wheels. Upon further inspection, I noticed the "technician" try to cover his mistake by glueing the caps back on. I drove the car back to the service bay and informed the Service Adviser who looked at me in disbelief. I walked him over to the car to point it out, and at this time I realized one of the right front lug nuts was almost completely off the bolt. That's' right....not tightened. Yeah, they put new lug nuts on........no apology......no acknowledgement of their mistake or attempt to cover it up. Dishonesty and lack of customer safety will prevent me from ever using their service again. I guess I should go check the oil filter and oil to make sure they actually did that work!!! More

My Honda CR-V! I was in the market for a new car, because I have had my Honda Civic from this same dealership for about 15 years now. Many of my family members have I was in the market for a new car, because I have had my Honda Civic from this same dealership for about 15 years now. Many of my family members have purchased their Hondas here as well. So coming back was a no brainer. But this experience was a little different... From the moment my sister and I entered Vinart Honda we were greeted with a warm and welcoming Hello from Tito Torres. His warm Hello made us feel as if we were in his home just visiting. He offered coffee, a seat and his undivided assistance. He had us laughing and enjoying ourselves like we were old pals catching up. But the most delightful part of it all was his willingness to help and answer all our questions. He was very honest and straight forward. He did everything he could to make sure we had everything we needed and he needed to send me home. The only thing I really wanted was my new "Honda CR-V”. I loved that I got to go home with the car I had in mind and I am grateful that my sister and I had the help of such a wonderful gentleman like Tito Torres and staff. Thank you so very much Tito and Honda. More

What I didn't expect was the professional and respectful service I received from everyone I knew what Honda I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. What I didn't expect was the professional and respectful service I received from everyone at Lehigh Valley Honda. Dan Pressmann was excellent to deal with, and helped to ensure "what I wanted" was taken care of. So many time we get stuck with dealers pushing one thing or another on us.
