2015 Honda CR-V replaced a 2012 Honda Civic I had been shopping around for a couple of months as my 2012 Civic was coming off lease. None of the other dealerships treated with me as much respect and understanding, he was the only salesman who really treated me like a customer and not an inconvenience. He was friendly and knowledgeable, so about a month after my test drive I decided to call Lehigh Valley Honda and asked for Nathan, he was there, available and waiting for me when I showed up that afternoon and I drove my new 2015 Honda CR-V off the lot within a couple of hours....Thank you Nathan Fry for going above and beyond to help me with my new purchase!!! Amazing service! I had bought my first car (2013 Honda Civic Si) with Tito and his service was speedy and extremely helpful and informative. He was even as committed enough to check on me after I had purchased the car & I had that car for two years! Just recently I got into a car accident and my car was a total lose. I reached out to Tito and explain the situation. The same day I had the car! I drove down two hours and it was worth the drive! My car was picked out and ready to sign for as soon as I got there. I was out with my car within an hour!! As long as Tito is at Honda in the Lehigh valley or even if he moved to another Honda I will always take my business to whichever business he resides at. He is only a call away :) More

The reason for that must have been the wheel hubcaps, when the technician installed one of them he was missing a screw, so the hubcap eventually came loose while driving. Not the best quality service this time! It should be an easy thing to make sure all the screws taken out, are put back in. More
