Best Experience at a Dealership!!!! I had a great experience with Tito! This was my first time getting a car from a dealership and he treated us like family! He his great with all my que I had a great experience with Tito! This was my first time getting a car from a dealership and he treated us like family! He his great with all my questions and concerns and allowed me to call/text any time of the day. He helped me get a great deal for my car that fit well in my budget. He also sat there with my boyfriend and I to make sure everything was handled correctly. He made sure that I got great insurance and made sure the car was washed, waxed and filled up with a fuel tank of gas! He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. We joke and laugh so much, I left with my stomach hurting from how much I laughed! I would recommend everyone I know to come to this dealership and to speak to Tito when they are ready to get a car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and for anyone as helpful as him. He is wonderful. :-) More

They showed me that the battery was on its way out and I was able to replace it before we got stuck somewhere with a dead battery. I never had to replace brake bulbs on a car so soon, less both at one time. also, we are not happy that we had to pay for the bulbs and the labor since car is still "new". More

There was an odd noise in my Honda Accord that took a lot of troubleshooting to be diagnosed and finally fixed. They didn't just tell me one thing and then make me come again to tell me something else. They TOOK THEIR TIME to pinpoint the issue in one shot. Sam Azar even drove with me to troubleshoot what I was hearing. TO ME that says a lot about workmanship and integrity at Lehigh Valley Honda. They don't want me to keep on coming back for the same issue. They actually want to solve it in one shot unlike other mechanics. More

Great Service Experience We were passing through Lehigh Valley when the check engine light started blinking on our Honda Accord and the car began to shake. We pulled off of R We were passing through Lehigh Valley when the check engine light started blinking on our Honda Accord and the car began to shake. We pulled off of Rte 78 and found that we were only 1 mile from Lehigh Valley Honda. After pulling into the service area, Trevor greeted us and was able to diagnose the problem in about 60 seconds. He knew there was a warranty bulletin and quickly explained the necessary repair. The repair was completely covered and saved us from a potential disaster. More
