Consistently great service I took my 2014 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. The service adviser could have just performed the service I requested and I wo I took my 2014 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. The service adviser could have just performed the service I requested and I would have gone away happy. But instead, he suggested only performing the less costly "A" service now since my 30,000 mile service is coming up and that service includes most of the "B" service items. I genuinely appreciated his money-saving suggestion. More

When entering service department you are faced with a line of men at desks to which you are told to go to any of them. Unfortunately, you feel like none of them want you to approach them and that you are interrupting what they are doing. No eye contact and feeling that your interrupting doesn't make you feel wanted! This time they ran out of the part need to fix an airbag recall. We were leaving on vacation and would be with out an adequate car. Sam made one phone call set us up in a rental and our vacation was still on. We had a wonderful time in Vermont and give kudos to Vinart and Sam Azar for quality customer service. More
2015 Honda CR-V I recently purchased a 2015 CR-V from LHVH. I requested price quotes from at least six dealerships to include LHVH. Julie Davis from the internet sale I recently purchased a 2015 CR-V from LHVH. I requested price quotes from at least six dealerships to include LHVH. Julie Davis from the internet sales department at LHVH contacted me and we began a conversation about the vehicle I was interested in. Julie confirmed that the vehicle was available and provided me with an internet price quote as I had requested. LHVH's quote wasn't the lowest that I received. I informed Julie of the lower price quote and she informed me that LHVH has a price match policy where they would meet the cheaper quote (confirmable) and beat it by a $100 if possible. I was glad to hear this as I wanted to purchase my vehicle from them because of their great reputation here on Dealer Rater. I also requested an appointment with sales consultant Tito Torres strictly because of his great reputation on Dealer Rater. Needless to say, I wasn't sorry. After going for a test drive, I decided to purchase my 2015 CR-V EX that day. Tito lived up to his well earned reputation and made the sales process as painless as possible. Tito made me feel like I was a friend of his family and put me at ease. Before you go to LHVH, make an appointment with Tito Torres, he will take excellent care of you. Also Julie Davis was extremely helpful during this process. I am glad to be part of the Lehigh Valley Honda Family and I am enjoying my new Honda CR-V. More

This was an airbag recall, and it was treated like a service call , even though I was not paying for the service. The courtesy and efficiently is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership. More
