Lack of honesty and trust The salesperson, Hershel, provided wrong information during the sale and continued to lie through the process of selling us our car. Once we purchase The salesperson, Hershel, provided wrong information during the sale and continued to lie through the process of selling us our car. Once we purchased the car and realized he lied about certain features, there was always an excuse or reason for delays to resolve things. In the end, I felt it was all shady sales practices. I wrote to management and they called once to say they would try to make things right. Weeks later and no follow through. I'll may still buy Hondas , but never again from this place. More
