Great from roof to tires need I say more. I have been going to Lehigh Honda for 8 years since I bought my 2004 Honda accord. I had never owned anything but an American made car but I really lo I have been going to Lehigh Honda for 8 years since I bought my 2004 Honda accord. I had never owned anything but an American made car but I really love my Honda and the dealership that takes such good care of my baby. I am a 72 year old women and they treat me with such respect unlike some places when they deal with a women. I just can't say enough about the dealership and the gentlemen that take care of you and your car. I plan on keeping my Honda for many more years and with the service they provide for it I think it may be possible. Thanks guys for all you help and service. More

So many other dealerships played too many games and the sales people just seemed to be the stereotypical sales guys. After 4 months of research, test driving, talking, etc. to every Honda dealer in a 2 hour radius, I learned that Lehigh Valley Honda was totally different. Working with Travis Kost and Carl Madonna was a completely pleasant experience. When it was all said and done, I got a great car at a fair price and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone. More

Recent service for PSI renewal. My advisor, Ryan, contacted me w/ technician-recomended work totaling in excess of $600.00 while my Odessey was in for annual State Inspection. It has always been service here since bought new from LVH in '05. I chose the more necessary work (and most expensive), and on a $300-plus bill asked if any break on the price was possible (I said I had no coupons, since it was in only for inspection), offering any possible online coupons, or AAA discount. Ryan initially turned me down several times before reducing the bill about 5% ($19). The reduction was appreciated, but not the way I had to plead for it, given how exclusively LVH has serviced my car for 10 years! Ryan explained your competetive pricing, which I understand, but even a one-time customer receives such a benefit (perhaps never to be seen again at your dealership!). Since you asked for this survey, I thought I'd let you know my sentiments. More
