Excellent Express Service I recently took my 2014 Accord to Honda Express service for what I thought would be an A or B service. My service adviser, Danicha, looked at the ser I recently took my 2014 Accord to Honda Express service for what I thought would be an A or B service. My service adviser, Danicha, looked at the service record for my car and said that technically, I was overdue for the C service which takes about an hour and a half. She didn't want me to have to wait that long in Express Service and offered to do just a lube and oil change so I could be in and out quickly and then I could come back at my convenience for the remainder of the work on the C service schedule. When I said I was willing to wait if they could do everything on that visit, Danicha said they could get everything done for me on that visit. They completed the C service and did a front end alignment in less then an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the work the guys did in the shop and with Danicha's assistance as my service adviser. More

Above and beyond I recently went into the dealership for routine service. Upon inspection, major repair needed. Staff member told me an estimate (which numbers were I recently went into the dealership for routine service. Upon inspection, major repair needed. Staff member told me an estimate (which numbers were spot on to actual cost), provided me a loaner and I was on my way. The next day I picked up my vehicle after being repaired, it died minutes after leaving the dealership. I called the dealership back. Two employees and a tow truck promptly arrived and we returned to the dealership. After further inspection, more major repairs needed. The smiling, reassuring Sam Azar notified me the dealership would take of these repairs and I would need to leave my car behind. He sent me on my way with a loaner. We have been long time customers of Vinart, but it is because of the employee Sam Azar that I will continue to come back to this dealership. He is always professional, prompt and courteous and I know that he has my best interest in mind. Thanks again Sam for going above and beyond! More

All of the service employees are very professional and knowledgeable. In the 9 years I have owned my CRV, I have never had a bad experience with LV Honda; my car is in great condition; and it has > 150,000 miles on it. More

wonderful service & very customer focus I have been with Leigh Valley Honda Service for past 24 years and I am seeing excellent progress. I think it is one of the best in the tri-state area. I have been with Leigh Valley Honda Service for past 24 years and I am seeing excellent progress. I think it is one of the best in the tri-state area. By battery was dead and I took risk by jump starting it and driving to the dealer service. Unfortunately, the car stopped completely on the way. When I called my service agent, I am warmly greeted and was able to get a quick appointment to fix the problem. I thought the alternate was lost. When I towed to the the site, my car was immediately attended and diagnosed for the problem. I was so happy to know that the battery was the culprit and it was replaced with a genuine battery for a great price! Great job folks! you guys rock! Keep it up on the customer satisfaction! More

I knew what I wanted, lowest price it was going for & how much my trade in was worth. I told Hershel Boynton right up front what I wanted & I did not NEED anything else. I also explained that I would not need financing. He was very attentive. He took me on a test drive & let me drive where ever wanted. I do a lot of hiking & traveling. So I wanted to drive UP some switchback type roads & highways. Away we went. He explained accessories on the car & chatted. When we got back to the showroom I told him if the price doesn't work I will be looking @ used cars too. He said OK lets see what we can do for you. He was very pleasant & friendly as he worked with me & the management for a good price. He did it !!! Hershel also explained that I had good credit & he could get me a better rate than my bank. So he turned me over to Leo. He told Leo that I did not want to be sold all the extra's & to help her out. Leo helped explain things to me. At one point I said OK I'm your mother would you want her to have the full comp 120 mile/ 6 year & GAP extra's. He reexplained the benefits & then told me his parents do have both those extra's.In fact Leo shared a story where the full comp paid for itself with his Dad's vehicle. I went in there not expecting to buy a CRV but!!! I am so happy I did. Hershel & Leo were so kind, friendly & helpful. Not anything like the stereotype car salesmen. When they smile @ you I felt it was genuine not sharkish. In fact when I was leaving Leo cam & gave me a hug & after Hershel got my phone set up for blue-tooth & he wanted to shake my hand across the console. I said nope get out & give me a hug. I work with Tito Torres and he is always very attentive to my needs and what I can afford. I'm no fan of the car buying process, but he makes it less painful. I was recently there to get my civic serviced, but decided that day to shop a new one with less miles since I now have a closer job. I was by myself with the baby and Tito made the day easier for me by always coming to me, helping me load the baby in out of cars and getting things done as quickly as possible so I could get home in my new car.
