When realized that they overlooked a missing component of the trade in vehicle, they rudely and forcefully tried to bully my wife and myself into returning the component that they overlooked. This behavior included an abrasive face to face conversation with very aggressive bodily language that we walked away due to the non-verbal threat. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. This is the behavior we received on our 6th purchase from this dealer. More
