I called them after 5:00 on Tuesday to see if I could get new tires installed on Wednesday in order to get a rebate on the tires. They do not carry these in stock. Danicha told me they would make this happen. The purchasing folks got the tires in to the dealership by 8:00 the next morning and Danicha had me out of Express Service in less than 2 hrs with new tires, free alignment, and a state inspection two months early saving me an additional trip. More
