Car Shopping Experience I recently went to Lehigh Valley Honda because I was interested in the 2014 Honda Accord Sport. My wife currently drives a 2012 Honda Civic which she I recently went to Lehigh Valley Honda because I was interested in the 2014 Honda Accord Sport. My wife currently drives a 2012 Honda Civic which she got from this dealership two years ago so keeping this in mind made me come here to car shop. Upon arrival I stressed to them that I am highly interested in Honda because my wife has one and I personally felt as though it would be more convenient if both my wife and I had the same car brand. We would be able to both become familiar with the service staff and we would not have to take our vehicles to two different dealerships to be serviced. When I expressed this with my sales consultant Tito, he did everything in his power to assist me. Not only did he take me on a long test drive to make sure that I liked the vehicle, he also made sure he found one in the color that I wanted and did not persuade me to select another color or model, and he proved to be knowledgeable about the vehicle by showing me knew things on the car I did not know even after doing my own research. Throughout our entire test drive he was very courteous and professional and he used his sense of humor to lighten what could have been an awkward experience. When it came down to find payments that I was comfortable with he helped tremendously to get me extremely close to what I wanted where in some situations people may find themselves paying more for a vehicle than they want to and a model that they might not even completely like. Another thing I enjoyed was while waiting through the long process for paper work to be drawn and the numbers to be crunched he kept me preoccupied by engaging in lengthy conversations with my wife and I as well as introducing us to fellow coworkers thus building a rapport with him as well as with the dealership. Overall Tito Torres did a fine job and I will recommend him to anyone! So when my wife's lease is up in a few months we will be coming back to see him and only him to get her in another vehicle!! Service with a smile Took my Honda CR-V into Lehigh Valley Honda to replace the A/C compressor. He also noticed the inspection would be due in November and called to see if I would like to have that done while it was in their care. Do so, saved me another trip back to the service station. Bill Nixon, my service advisor kept me updated and explained all the service that was done to the car. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Honda for service above and beyond ones expectations. great dealership i purchased a 2011 sonata from Ariel at Vinart back in February of this year. Then I was car shopping for my daughter and we were looking for a cheap i purchased a 2011 sonata from Ariel at Vinart back in February of this year. Then I was car shopping for my daughter and we were looking for a cheap used car but everywhere we looked the cars were not worth the trouble. too many problems. So I decided to go back to Ariel and see what he could get for my daughter, We bought her a 2009 sonata and even though we spent more than we initially wanted to when we first started looking, we know we have a good quality car with a 2 year warranty.. car shopping is frustrating and with Vinart you don't have to worry about the cars having hidden problems.
