My Mercedes purchase was about the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had, and it followed my husband's equally pain-free purchase of a Honda for our son. Truly, the dealership worked hard to negotiate an acceptable deal in a prompt fashion that felt free from funny business. Ariel was business-like and very efficient, taking care of all the paperwork, transfer, etc., at lightning speed (honestly, it was such a relief). What impressed us most, however, was Ariel's thoughtfulness. He took care of little things that I didn't even think of and was very gentlemanly in his address and service. Truly, we would come back because of these good people. More

Graet Place for Srevice We love the Express service for our car. We know ahead of time what will be done to the car. We do not have to make an appointment. We just drive down from the Coal Region, park the car at service. Go in and let them know we are there. They go over the service to be done and give us an approximate time to finish. They are always right. We can stay there and enjoy a cup of coffee or we can get a ride from the dealer to the South Mall or anywhere close in the Lehigh Valley. If we take a ride, we just have to advise them when we are ready to come back to the dealership and within minuets our ride is there. Before we leave the dealership with our car, they tell us the measurements on our tires, brakes and how our alignment is if we have the tires rotated so we can anticipate future cost of repairs. More

We drive 1 1/2 hours with our 10 month old and upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles from anyone we encountered from the sales team. We worked with Ariel Velez who made our entire experience relaxed, stress free, and no pressure. He even came in on his day off for delivery of our new vehicle. We cannot say enough about how comfortable he made our experience. The vehicle was priced better than any I had found within 100 miles, the customer service was impeccable, and in my purchase history of more than 8 vehicles, there has never been a better car buying experience. Well worth the drive! More

He took me to see exactly what I wanted without trying to sway me to go higher up in price and took me for a test drive to make sure I would be happy with my decision. When we got down to the nitty gritty paperwork and negotiations he worked to stay in my limits and took the time to explain what everything meant and how the process worked. It didn't feel like a shark tank like most other dealerships. You could tell everyone there worked there hardest to get what the customer was after. I walked out that very same day with my brand new car and I feel like I am in good hands with Honda, they have a lot of perks and the sales team is phenomenal! After twenty minutes on the lot I knew I became brand loyal to Honda and this dealership. More

Loyalty Lehigh Valley Honda had reached out to me regarding their loyalty program and invited me in to offer me an opportunity to put me in a new Accord. The Lehigh Valley Honda had reached out to me regarding their loyalty program and invited me in to offer me an opportunity to put me in a new Accord. The numbers didn't work out right away. As I left the showroom that evening, I was certain we wouldn't come to a deal. The next few days, Tito Torres and Jennifer Hilbert went above and beyond the regular "sales pitch" and were very aggressive with their offers. One week later I picked up my new 2014 Accord EX-L in the color I wanted and I couldn't be happier. In the past I have stayed away from Lehigh Valley Honda's Sales Department because I believed they weren't as aggressive as other dealers. After this experience (I'm in my fifth Accord), I will not only return to them in the future; rather, I will recommend them to friends and family. LVH Service Department has always been fantastic, and I am happy to see their Sales Department following suit. I cannot speak for all the salespeople, but I will say I could not have asked for a better team than with Tito and Jennifer. Tito treats people as his family and goes above and beyond what I've experienced in the past and was just a real pleasure to work with. Jennifer was attentive, professional, and an overall great communicator. I will recommend to my friends and family that they ask for them specifically in the future.
