In July of 2014, we received an email inviting me us to bring our leased vehicle in early to look at a new leased vehicle. My wife came along more or less to see the salesperson we always deal with more or less 'to catch up' in the same manner as seeing an old friend. This sounds like an embellishment, but it is exactly how it is when dealing with the VinArt dealership. I was pleased to see that Lehigh Valley Honda was rated as Honda's Pennsylvania dealership of the year. Our experience is always professional, and by that I mean our sales professional starts with what kind of vehicle we are interest in and we are never steered to anything us except what we want to purchase. Over the years we've leased Accords, an Element, and the past three vehicles we've leased CR-Vs. We plan to purchase our next vehicle because leasing is not our best option in retirement. We plan on the VinArt dealership, why would we go elsewhere? Yes, this business is really above others and I just hope our salesman and friend Mamood Datoo does not retire before we do but then again my assumption will be positive as well. More

Always a good service experience at Lehigh Valley Honda I just took my 2010 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. Since I have over 100,000 miles on the vehicle, new spark plugs are recomm I just took my 2010 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. Since I have over 100,000 miles on the vehicle, new spark plugs are recommended by Honda at this service interval. Even though new spark plugs are recommended at this mileage, the service advisor told me of the recommendation but did not do a hard sell to get me to spend the extra money for the plugs. One of the things I like most about LV Honda Service is that they tell you what Honda recommends for your vehicle but never use high pressure sales efforts to get you to do anything you do not want to do on that service visit. Some of the other dealerships on the "Auto Mile" try very aggressively to get you to pay for overpriced service packages that include a lot of marginally valuable services. The professionalism of LV Honda's service personnel is one of the reasons I will keep coming back to this dealership. More

We also looked at the Accord, but Arthur rightly knew the Civic was best for us. It was good that he did not try to upsell us. Rick M. was very helpful in explaining the various buttons and adding my cell phone to the Bluetooth in the car when I picked it up on Monday. We had gone from a 1998 Honda with a cassette deck to a new 2014 with much new technology. More
