Civic in for warranty work We had our 2006 Civic in for warranty work. It had a cracked engine block at 80,000 miles. Honda had extended the warranty for this issue thankfully. Lehigh Valley did excellent work in getting work done and the engine runs like new. Only negative I have is with Honda. They should provide for a loaner for warranty work like this. That will factor into my next purchase. More

I don't have to wonder if the estimate is too high or inflated because I have compared their prices to other mechanic shops and I still picked them. The work performed on my car is always excellent and I get a free valet service to my job and back. A few guys stand out at the counter but in general they are all great - I have nothing but GOOD things to say about the Lehigh Valley Honda Service Center! And of course, thanks for the coffee... it's a great perk!!! More

Another great experience I have purchased 6 vehicles from vin art dealerships. Never have I been dissatisfied. This is why I go there; many years ago I went to another dealers I have purchased 6 vehicles from vin art dealerships. Never have I been dissatisfied. This is why I go there; many years ago I went to another dealership looking for SUV, rav 4 at the toyota dealership I arrived at noon ready to purchase. The salesperson said they had a sales meeting. I asked if if I could just sit in vehicle and see how it felt. He asked me to come back at 3:15 to see him. I left and went to lehigh valley honda. As I was explaining to salesperson what I was interested in he had someone pull up with crv with all 4 doors and back hatch opened up. He asked if I wanted to see what it would look like. I was impressed. We test drove on a highway and a curvy back road. He never said that's enough. 30 minutes later I signed paperwork and from then on I was a salesperson for them. Showroom is clean, coffee, bagels are available. Service is polite and always successfully performed. They have provided car for me when I couldn't wait. Just amazing when I was younger negotiating it was me against them. Not at Lehigh Valley Honda. Thank you Paul Goodwin More

My pre-owned purchase My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and decided to look at the Honda pilots at Lehigh Valley Honda. Shortly after getting on the lot a My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and decided to look at the Honda pilots at Lehigh Valley Honda. Shortly after getting on the lot and looking around we were greeted by a fine gentleman named Shaun Koren who had introduced himself with a beaming smile. He showed the Pilots that they had. We choose one to drive and enjoyed it thoroughly. After we returned Shaun explained every detail of the car and demonstrated how the different features worked. After talking for a little bit, Shaun introduced us to John. After talking with John he demonstrated a friendly demeanor and I soon felt as if I have known him for years. Shortly after that due to the professionalism and courtesy my wife and I drove away in our 2012 Honda Pilot. I would definitely recommend Lehigh Valley Honda and to anybody looking for a vehicle, and thanks to the outstanding work by Shaun and John we will continue to come back to look for any of our future vehicles and service. I have been looking for a car for a month and I have been to at least 12 - 15 dealerships (new & pre owned). I DO NOT like sales people, out of the dealerships I did visit there were only about 2 -3 sales people I liked. I was about to purchase another Honda from another dealership but it did not feel right, I was uneasy. So I found Lehigh Valley Honda when I googled "best used car dealerships in Lehigh Valley". When I arrived at LV Honda (pre owned) I had my guard up and waiting for the sales pitch, pressure to buy, etc from the sales person, I did not get ANY of that. Ariel was kind, friendly, honest and there was NO crap. He spend most of the afternoon with me (about 4 -5 hours), allowing me to choose the car I wanted. In the end, I chose a 2010 Honda Accord. I love my car, her name is Sophie. There are some minor issues with the car BUT the dealership is taking care of them. I cannot say enough about Ariel and LV Honda, I would recommend them to ANYONE. More

He never pressured me or rushed me. He took his time to show me all the features of my new car. The buying process I was extremely satisfied with. However I had a problem when it came to installing the accessories with my car. I was suppose to receive a phone call from Kathy to schedule service however I never did. I only received a phone call from Brenda thanking me for my survey input. I waited just about two weeks for a phone call thinking the part was backordered. But when I called Rudy and told him my problem he took care of everything from arranging the scheduling and pickup of my car. Apparently Kathy left a message somewhere but I never received a phone call from her to schedule service which is why I gave 4 stars. I would think a follow-up call would be appropriate if a customer did not call back after 2 weeks to schedule service he or she already paid for since you only have 30 days for a We Owe slip from their dealership. I received a call for the survey multiple times but nothing regarding my service installation. Rudy I give 5 stars. I received my service installation and the service department was great and friendly. I do recommend this dealership and Rudy to anyone. He made the buying process a simple and painless process. If you are looking for a new Honda be sure to ask for Rudy. He is the ultimate salesman and will take care of you by answering any questions or being of any help in anyway he can. I am ecstatic and absolutely satisfied I got to meet and work with Rudy. Even after waiting for service, I still was extremely satisfied with everything overall.
