Great Experience I met with Rudy when I came in to test drive the Honda Accord. He was very friendly and it was very informative. The trip we took gave me a good feel for high way and country roads. He showed all the major features and gave me tips of on how to ship from 5th to 6th. I never drove a car with a sixth gear and was worried about slipping into reverse. He was not pushy at all about me buying anything that night since he knew I wanted to test drive other cars. He also did a good job of showing me the facility and garage and waiting areas. I also felt he was very fair when we negotiated the final price and monthly payment a few nights later. I didn't enjoy talking about the extended warranty but I was tired by that point of the night. When I came in to pick up the car and sign all the paperwork Tito helped me out since Rudy was not available. He was very friendly and helpful. I did not enjoy talking to another person about the extended warranty I had already said I wasn't interested in. The guy didn't even know what car I was buying when he was making his pitch. After that Tito helped me finalize all the paperwork and explained what each form was for. He gave me his card and said I could call him at any time. Before I left Rudy took some time to show me some of the specifics with all the different menus and options. He got my phone synced up. I told him I had to be somewhere soon and he offered to take some time next week if I had any questions about all the different functions. I will definitely take him up on that. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend them to others. More

My experience at Lehigh Valley Honda I emailed the internet Dept. about the Price on the new Sport Ridgeline. They emailed me back with a good Price and I was ready to Purchase. I was a little disappointed with how long this took. I was at the Dealership from 5:30 pm until 10:00 Pm. But it was still okay. I just don't have a lot of patience for this. They went above-and-beyond with their customer service to ensure my experience with the dealership was positive. The quality of the work I had done was also excellent and my car was completed a day earlier than expected, as well. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Honda to others because of my recent experience of having my vehicle serviced there. Although this dealership is slightly out of the way for me to get to in proximity to my home and my work, I will definitely return here for all future service appointments since their customer service and friendliness trumped any other Honda dealer I have ever been to. We particularly like the Express Service feature of this dealership - quick and easy and no more expensive than going to some neighborhood mechanic.
