After your mechanic was unable to diagnose the problem and you came to us, we were able to identify your vehicle's issue and our factory trained team repaired the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer specifications using OEM parts. After the work was completed, you reached out to our service manager with concerns about the price of the repair at which point he informed you that the repair was completed with OEM parts. You inquired about using aftermarket parts at which point our service manager agreed to replace the OEM part with the aftermarket part and refund you the difference. The time to execute the replacement was also completed at no charge to you. We are sincerely sorry to hear that you feel you were overcharged. We feel strongly that our team did all that they could to keep the cost down while properly repairing your vehicle. A job of this magnitude is not insignificant on a 14 year old vehicle. We continually strive to keep our prices competitive through routine market research and analysis and we are confident that we will always deliver a premium product using factory trained team members and OEM parts and we're always eager to work with customers and provide money saving coupons and special offers through our website, newsletter and email club.
