I wasn't sure how to go about it so I contacted my sales representative Shaun Koren for advice. Not only did he provide me with what services I would need but he stopped over at the service center to check on me to make sure the process was seemless and easy. A half hour later I had an oil change, new windshield wipers and rotated tires. Thank you for making this process simple and quick so I can get back on the road. When It comes time to upgrade my car, I know who I'm going to next. Thanks Shaun. More

Too Pricey On every Service Visit have a 2004 honda Pilot and these dealer should charge the labor for all the service done rather than charging for each and every service done, just l have a 2004 honda Pilot and these dealer should charge the labor for all the service done rather than charging for each and every service done, just like i had my rotors cut and it costs me $186 for labour, this is a RIP OFF for the customer , then i had the Oild change for which the dealer charged $32.00 so forth so instead of charging individual labor charges for each service the dealer should consolidate the overall labor as that would land up being cheap than over pricing the customer in this economical situations. i am not 100% satisfied with this dealer service but the Service Personnel is extremely good, courteous, always there, and very friendly ( SAM AZAR). I won't going forward take my cars into this dealer as i feel that the dealer is charging way over as labor charges. I have taken my other cars into this dealership for service and now on wouldn't go into it. this dealer Labor is a RIP OFF for the customers. As all money goes towards dealership even if the services performed are for different segments of the vehicle. SO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. More
Analytical Converter replacement Problem - Catalytic Converter replacement - was diagnozed by Honda Dearlership in 1/5 (half) of an hour May 9 2014 (cost $98). I agreed to fix it with Problem - Catalytic Converter replacement - was diagnozed by Honda Dearlership in 1/5 (half) of an hour May 9 2014 (cost $98). I agreed to fix it with the cost $1100.94. I was shown the problem - converter needed to be removed - 6 bolts connection only!!! After 3 hours the job was done. I was shocked about the cost vs simplicity of the problem. Not knowing the part /labot cost I went to several auto centers PeP Boys and Midas and ALL of them gave me the cost at $500 and including only 1 (one!!!) hour labor which Honda charged me 3 hours!!! How can mechanics in the little shops be 3 times more efficient than in Honda Dealership??? Kevin Wagner told me that the part was more expensive but not $744 - I checked it was $375???!!! He offered me another part and replacement on Monday 12 May 2014 when I went back questioning them my charges. The part was APW-16370 which cost $195.70!!! I was overcharged again $421.34 for this part and waited another 4 hours!!!. Honda replaced that part without any charge but in any case with even 2 replacements my labor cost should be 1 hour. I was told that replacement timing is about 1/2 hour. People became very much different when I started questioning them about the cost... Conclusion:The cost of this part was very expensive, labor for simple replacement 3 times higher. My final cost was $800 which is $300 - 62.5% higher than it suppose to be!!! When I was greeted at the door by Maggie, I knew we were getting our new Accord here!! She was friendly and professional! Once we picked the perfect one on the lot (a silver Accord, EXL model) she insisted that we drive it to make sure that was the one for us! The whole process was a breeze, even working with Leo, our finance manager! (I was kind of nervous of that part)! When we were ready to leave, the manager, Jennifer, even came out to personally make sure we were happy!! The answer was obvious when she saw the excitement on our face!!! I would recommend this dealership and the great people who helped us to anyone looking for a new car!!! Thanks again!! More

I took my CRV for a ride and was very impressed with the room inside. The adults fit comfortably in the back seat. I love the features of my car and very happy. The salesman was patient while my family and I went through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Upon picking up my car, Larry reviewed all of the features of my car and helped me to sync my phone to the car, Something which is very important to me. My only complaint is having to take the car for service already due to the tire pressure light coming on several times due to needing a software update, I was made aware of this when I came back the day after I purchased the car for the light coming on and the Express Service had told me to make this appt. I wish this would have been done before originally picking up the car. It is an inconvenience. More
