I've been getting good service here for several years. After a recent inspection, I was advised that my battery was testing low. I stopped into Express one day and got a new battery and oil change. The next day I was far from home when my van wouldn't start. I was waiting for AAA when I called the Service Dept for advice. John suggested that I check to see if the terminal connections were tight. I jiggled them and the van started. Once home, I headed to Honda to have them check it out. Apparently both connections were very loose. They were tightened without charge. I was taken care of but disappointed that no one ever apologized for my inconvenience at what was clearly a job not well done the day before. More
