I absolutely love coming here to get my car work done. I prefer factory parts over Advanced Auto or Auto Zone. The factory parts are cheaper and last a hell of a lot longer. I was quoted at $210 and paid $214. At Jack Williams for the same tire, I would have paid $275 and they would have put the new tires on the back of the car, instead of on the front where they belong. I've never had an issue bringing my car to this dealership, they go out of their way to satisfy the customer. I have been looking at new cars, but am not pressured into buying anything new. I love that about them too. Every place else I go on the auto mile harasses the hell out of me and they wonder why I want to buy another Honda. It might be a foreign car, but at least it runs forever and it's worth the price you pay and their EPA estimates are accurate. More

Tito Torres was instrumental in our purchasing a CRV from this dealership. His demeanor, friendliness and professionalism made us feel at ease. We had looked at different brands and models and let each one speak for itself. My wife and I both gave the CRV a small edge after initial test drives, but price could have swayed our decision at that point. Tito deftly helped us trim the cost of the CRV and maximize the trade in that we received for our 8 year old CRV. We had used our car very hard for many adventures, and we appreciated the honesty and finally the amount of money that we received for it. We didn't need many options for the model that we chose, but Tito helped us negotiate to get the three extras that we really wanted, for no additional cost. Finally, he helped us to program our phones into the fabulous bluetooth system, and repeatedly explained the functions until we felt comfortable with it. He is the best auto salesman that I have ever had the privilege to work with. And two weeks later, we are both extremely happy with our new car and agree that we made the right decision and got a very fair deal. I did not really believe him when he said that we could get over 30 MPG on the highway, but in fact I did get 32 MPG commuting to Philadelphia earlier this week. I wanted a new SUV...... I did not have to think long about whom I wanted to deal with..... Tito Torres and Honda. I bought a car earlier this year from Tito and Lehigh Valley Honda. As before, he asked some questions about what I was looking for and quickly helped me find the Pilot I wanted. The negotiations began and during it all I was treated with respect by Tito as he went back and forth with the Sales Manager Jen on my behalf. I am writing this review because my experience was so wonderful and positive that I need to share it. Recently, I purchased a 2006 Honda for my 21 year old for a great price. I live in New Jersey but my brother who lives in PA suggested we visit a couple of lots in PA for comparison. We went to one other dealer before purchasing a vehicle from Vinart Honda. The salespeople were wonderful, not pushy, knowledgeable and the used car selection was good. After a test drive and my brothers ok, I made a decision to buy. I filled out the paperwork on a Saturday and on Tuesday I drove down to pickup the car. Mark Perkins, my salesperson, was very thorough and nice which brings me to the reason Mr. Perkins and this lot is amazing!! Shortly thereafter the car had mechanical problems and when I called Mark Perkins he immediately called me back, spoke with his manager and told me to have the car towed to their service station. The problem turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and Vinart got the car repaired and back to me within 48 hours at NO CHARGE!! This readers is unheard of these days and even my mechanic was impressed and surprised. I highly recommend Vinart and their service center and I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle.
