I wanted a new SUV...... I did not have to think long about whom I wanted to deal with..... Tito Torres and Honda. I bought a car earlier this year from Tito and Lehigh Valley Honda. The experience was a positive one and my 2013 Accord great. So I showed up unannounced and found Tito. As before, he asked some questions about what I was looking for and quickly helped me find the Pilot I wanted. The negotiations began and during it all I was treated with respect by Tito as he went back and forth with the Sales Manager Jen on my behalf. ( Jen is another positive reason to deal with Lehigh Valley Honda ) The end result.... another positive experience with Tito and LVH. Do yourself the favor...... need a car? SEE TITO !!!! More

I am writing this review because my experience was so wonderful and positive that I need to share it. Recently, I purchased a 2006 Honda for my 21 year old for a great price. I live in New Jersey but m wonderful and positive that I need to share it. Recently, I purchased a 2006 Honda for my 21 year old for a great price. I live in New Jersey but my brother who lives in PA suggested we visit a couple of lots in PA for comparison. We went to one other dealer before purchasing a vehicle from Vinart Honda. The salespeople were wonderful, not pushy, knowledgeable and the used car selection was good. After a test drive and my brothers ok, I made a decision to buy. I filled out the paperwork on a Saturday and on Tuesday I drove down to pickup the car. Mark Perkins, my salesperson, was very thorough and nice which brings me to the reason Mr. Perkins and this lot is amazing!! Shortly thereafter the car had mechanical problems and when I called Mark Perkins he immediately called me back, spoke with his manager and told me to have the car towed to their service station. The problem turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and Vinart got the car repaired and back to me within 48 hours at NO CHARGE!! This readers is unheard of these days and even my mechanic was impressed and surprised. I highly recommend Vinart and their service center and I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle. More

Sam has an excellent knowledge of what is required and how it could be fixed. i used to also service my MDX with Sam. But no more as i sold it. i 100% recommend this dealer and also the service advisor for any services that need done. also they take good care of the vehicle too and suggest future services too.
