She needed the 90,000 mile B service (1,3,6) and they provided her with a loaner and adjusted the price and didn't charge her for a cabin filter which wa needed the 90,000 mile B service (1,3,6) and they provided her with a loaner and adjusted the price and didn't charge her for a cabin filter which was called for in the service, because she had it done about 6 months ago. And they had a coupon for 10% off. She has had all of the service on her 06 Pilot done there and won't consider any other shop. We purchased the car there and when the time comes, we will purchase another Honda there. You may pay a little more than a mom and pop service shop but in the long run, you are much better off with factory trained service techs and genuine Honda parts. We've bought the Pilot new in06 and haven't had any repairs done to the vehicle other than regularly scheduled service. Great SUV, great service. More
